Any kind of pepper but the worst one is red pepper like i literally gag when i smell it and even get heartburn its so fucking gross

More trendy "healthy" than traditional, but: Apple Cider Vinegar. 

I can't handle the taste, the burn, any of it. 

I've heard great things about the benefits, and tried to take shots before, but it's like I'm back in a Frat house trying to down Fireball.....blech. 

Even if it's just an ingredient in a dressing or marinade I feel like that's all I taste.

Asparagus, brussels sprouts, persimmons, dragon fruit, quinoa, and anything considered healthy but that isn't vegan.

Sweet potatoes. Never have liked them, even as a child I wouldn’t touch sweet potato pie on Thanksgiving. Today they remain the only vegetable I don’t like.

Bananas - the texture, the smell, the taste, even the way the peel is. It’s all gross.
Kale - kale in salad, kale in chips, kale fried or roasted or in soup - any of it. It’s bitter and tastes like ink.

Edit- also avocados and mushy and they don’t taste good enough to balance the texture. Plus, they are an ethical sourcing/production nightmare.

Tempeh. I'm a vegan and tempeh is often seen as a really good source of protein, but the taste and texture is so icky to me. Maybe I just haven't had it prepared well.

Lettuce like iceberg or romaine. Just...why? It’s not tasty or satisfying, and if it’s anything but ice-cold it’s absolutely disgusting. Lettuce on a burger or shawarma? NOPE! Things like spinach, cabbage, or kale though...crunchy and yummy

Large mouthful sizes of raw broccoli.  I can do smaller chops or cooked.  Cottage cheese. :(

I absolutely hate lettuce. I've never even finished a salad in my life because of it. If given nothing but lettuce to eat, I would just as soon go without food.
