i cannot stand the texture of yogurt whatsoever. i can tolerate it with granola, but at that point it isn'f healthy anymore. i'm glad we can all agree on the hatred of avocados and cooked carrots!!!! i have trouble eating any cooked greens whatsoever. the look and smell of it just makes me think of wet, hot garbage.

I hate salmon and most fish. But salmon is so good for you I force myself to eat it.

I absolutely do not enjoy quinoa. I don’t enjoy fish much either unless it’s wild unfrozen salmon. Pb2 and rice cakes ehh

I had myself convinced for a while that I really liked spinach. I fucking hate it.

I also cannot stand bell peppers (unless they're cut up very fine and mixed into something).

I don't like tomatoes on their own. That said, I fucking love tomato sauce and ketchup.

Turmeric is just too much.

Apple cider vinegar can go fuck itself.

I would have said avocado but all of a sudden my brain decided avocado is okay???

I really fucking hate sweet potatoes, they're the bastard child of potatoes and carrots which are two foods I love but they're awful combined

. Non Vegan/items with gluten
. Quinoa (can't stand the texture!!)
. Raw pepper
. Avocado
. Cooked mushroom (don't mind it raw)
. Butterbeans
. Honeydew melon (I LOVE watermelon though)
. Oats sometime
. Not a massive apple fan
. Spinach grims me out a bit sometimes too

I love properly ripe bananas but if I see somebody eating a green/non spotty banana I cringe so hard.

Any meat, even healthy lean meat

Anything that tastes oily to me, even if it is a healthy oil (like virgin olive)

Cheese or cheesy-tasting things (I can't eat it anyway 'cause lactose intolerance)

Overripe bananas (except maybe in banana bread)

Overripe mango (I like them still a bit firm)

Olives


They/Them 1,65 m.
Now tracking centimeters instead of kilograms. Will measure every 10-14 days.

 

Measurements September 21
Thigh: 63 cm (lost 0 cm since 21 May)

Hips: 103 cm (lost 2 cm since 21 May)

Stomach: 96 cm (lost 7 cm since 21 May)

Thinnest part of waist: 75 (lost 4 cm since 21 May)

Spirulina, but I put up with it


I recently have been finding ways of hiding Spirulina flavor and I made a great smoothie today that makes it so you very very faintly taste it. The recipe is for two because I split it with my hubby, so I'll list what I did and you can always adjust

1/2 Lemon
About an inch of Tumeric Root
1/2 inch of Ginger
Tablespoon of Spirulina
2 Cups Frozen Blueberries
1/2 Cup Frozen Strawberries
1/4 Cup Pineapple Juice
Distilled Water for remaining liquid to blend it!

Ends up being about 260 cals.
