I had myself convinced for a while that I really liked spinach. I fucking hate it.
I also cannot stand bell peppers (unless they're cut up very fine and mixed into something).
I don't like tomatoes on their own. That said, I fucking love tomato sauce and ketchup.
Turmeric is just too much.
Apple cider vinegar can go fuck itself.

I really fucking hate sweet potatoes, they're the bastard child of potatoes and carrots which are two foods I love but they're awful combined

. Honeydew melon (I LOVE watermelon though)
. Oats sometime
. Not a massive apple fan
. Spinach grims me out a bit sometimes too
I love properly ripe bananas but if I see somebody eating a green/non spotty banana I cringe so hard.

Any fish from a can like tuna and sardines

Any cooked leafy green tbh...they taste slimy

Any meat, even healthy lean meat
Anything that tastes oily to me, even if it is a healthy oil (like virgin olive)
Cheese or cheesy-tasting things (I can't eat it anyway 'cause lactose intolerance)
Overripe bananas (except maybe in banana bread)
Overripe mango (I like them still a bit firm)

Spirulina, but I put up with it
I recently have been finding ways of hiding Spirulina flavor and I made a great smoothie today that makes it so you very very faintly taste it. The recipe is for two because I split it with my hubby, so I'll list what I did and you can always adjust
About an inch of Tumeric Root
1/2 inch of Ginger
Tablespoon of Spirulina
2 Cups Frozen Blueberries
1/2 Cup Frozen Strawberries
1/4 Cup Pineapple Juice
Distilled Water for remaining liquid to blend it!
Ends up being about 260 cals.
