this topic is all about positive vibes mostly guys. I know it's not common for EDs to love your body but I feel like if i Have choice and if I have a voice then I might as well encourage others to see that there is always a light at the end of the tunnel, and you don't have to fail your organs and life, EVEN if you have an eating disorder. You don't have to be slowly dying EVEN if you have an eating disorder. You can always find a way which leads to a better life, EVEN while being stucked in this disorder. I feel like some of us are so too negative here, and I don't know why, I still care about my health and my happiness enough. : ) Do everything with love because everything is possible.

I am a bit of complusive exerciser and I really love to pace (walk). I can spend lots of hours of just pacing, it's my love. So I'm glad I have something I love to do : ) I am also thinking of doing some other exercise like squats, so my body would not only lose the fat, but also look more like a girl /woman

so i'm currently doing
KETO eating PLAN and also, sometimes, high restriction and sometimes, i'll do just this intake:
as you can see I changed rules a little because 2468 wouldn't be enough for me:
some (time/to time weeks) it will be:
•600cals, 800cals, 1000cals, 1200cals
some (usually weeks) it will be:
•400cals, 600cals, 800cals, 1000cals
some (rarely weeks) it will be:
•200cals, 400cals, 600cals, 800cals i will also do some maybe other diets from time to time for BREAKS & just so i wouldn't get stuck.
results so far:
height: 5'2 (157cm)
SW: 59Kg
CW: 48Kg
GW: 47Kg
GW2:: 45Kg
GW3: 44Kg
UGW: 37Kg but even 44Kg-43Kg would be fine I think!!!
