Okay i can tell you that i messed up A LOT ..again haha

But you know what it doesn’t matter if i did,it doesn’t matter what weight i am right now,nothing really matters because it’s new year and it was holiday and it’s a new start for me and i will try again, i will just start everything again !

I am planning to go to hotel by febuAry so i need to reach at least 49kg by then or 48kg and i will ! So i will focus on that event now and yeah

I also ate tons of sugar today lol didnt pic but up to 800-1000 cals but it’s okay lol i should still lose weight it’s cico


I will try to eat max 700 calories from tomorrow and i wont give a shit if it is sugar or not. I want to do experiment to see if i can eat sugar and still lose weight

Okay so from january 15 I am starting 5679 with a lot of exercise AGAIN! This year is gonna be year where I exercise alooooot - I can’t wait! And well this diet is ok because i get to eat enough calories and can exercise as much as i want!

If i don’t feel like exercising then just gonna do 650 max a day or mono or whatever

First goal will be to reach 49Kg until FEBUARY!!! Even if it is 49.9Kg, it’s still gonna be fine. I need to reach this number. New year - new plans anyway, I’m still gonna get where I need to be sooner or LATER lolz


January 15- 550
January 16- 600
January 17: 750
January 18: 900
January 19: 550
January 20: 700
January 21: 900
January 22: 1100
January 23: 400-500
January 24: 600
January 25: 800
January 26: 1000
January 27: mono or rest
