So basically those 3 days was high restriction and from tomorrow will be medium

Hello everyone
So literally woke up with something like cramps but i don’t know what it is, i am so confused. It is very similiar to period cramps. But it’d be too early for a period.. but i might ger it early too.

Could be also the reason i felt more bloated?

Lol idk whatever if it doesn’t go away it means it might be

Ah whatever i know my weight and i know i haven’t binged and i know it is not possible to gain without actually binging so i will just ignore this bloat or whatever lol and i will wait for my second weigh in which is 47Kg. Hopefully i will reach 47Kg, i will weigh in ( if no period ) soon if not then on March i will be 47Kg. I will stay just calm, i am safe and i am getting there, i will workout and pace a lot nooow like a looot. It should help

tinginys ~45 calories

2 curd snacks ~ 240 calories

tuna sandwich ~200 calories

chocolate ~45 calories

chciken nuggets ~150 calories

beans ~100 calories

chips ~100 calories

banana with syrup ~120 calores

total ~1050-1100 calories

so i decided to weigh in better by march, once my period is over, why? because i started feeling bloated, and early period might be the case or it might not be, but idk i haven't been binging so i feel safe but i just know it is not my fault i feel this way, which means that i need to wait until march now, well maybe march 5 untill all is over, and then i'll do a weigh in :)

 

and i'll definetly be 47kg by that time, or even less. so yeah, my weigh in will be on march :)

i definetly SHOULD avoid the scales 7 - 12 days before my period because literally no point. :D so i will try not care too much right now, just relax and now I AM SAFE.

Okay so..
Today i think i had around 1400 calories or even 1500 but it was not neccesseraly a binge, because i ate 1000 of food and then i decided for two bears so you know....

Also tdee is 1700 so... hopefully even i’ll lose

Banana pancakes ~130 calories
Sushi and tuna ~200-250 calories
Another curd snack ~130 calories
Few chips ~40 calories
Total ~800 calories

Protein bar ~40 calories

Kotlet with french fries ~200 calories

Hello, have a good day everyone!
I had a huge breakfast but at least a huge breakfast is better than binging or whatever lol
I had:
Tuna sandwich ~200 calories
Curd snack ~130 calories
Banana with chocolate cream, bit of yogurt and toast ~130 calories
And i’ll add another ~50 calories for whatever else to be safe :)

Snack:
Chips <100 calories
And another curd snack ~120 calories

Chocolate 60 calories


So total 800 calories
