Sandwich with eggs ~200 calories
Curd snack ~130 calories
Choco snack ~35 calories
Meat with veggies ~200 calories
Another curd snack ~130 calories
Protein bar ~120 calories

Total ~1100 calories


TDEE: 1600
DEFICIT -400

-1600
total loss should be: 700 gram

I decided to change something

I decided to start loving my body more!

My weight is not that high rn tbh kinda low 49-48Kg so.... of course I will try to get thinnier and I will try to get even better body rn but.....

I will just stop hating myself! I will start loving, appreceating my body more, giving myself compliments about it, dressing more nicely, so I could feel and look good!

Maybe my body is actually beautiful; I was just too blind to see it! I will contiune to pace and eat and healthy, but i will be all about positive and good vibes about myself rn!!!!

I know I am anorexic (or i just have not the healtheist eating habits; ed) but I just got tired of saying those nasty things about my body!!!

At the end of the day you are what you say you are!!

So I am pretty, I have beautiful body, my body is amazing, and it will be even more amazing soon!

How do you guys like my idea??

Happy easter everyone!!

Today i ate 800 cals so far but i can say 900 to be safe :)
Gonna have some yogurt with banana for the dessert and it for today!

Total ~1100 -1000 calories


TDEE: 1800
DEFICIT -500

-1000
total loss should be: 700 gram

Dark chocolate ~30 calories
Potatoes with 3 chicken nuggets ~250 calories
Nuts ~30 calories
Candy ~30 calories
Half a protein bar ~80 calories
Dinner apple + soup
And wafflee ~200 calories


Total ~1100 calories :)

Tomorrow will be mono or starting 5689

Hi ! So I decided to weigh in myself actually and I am around 48Kg !!! So i haven’t gained much lmao I will try to reach around 47Kg until next friday !!!! YAY !!!!!!

Food today;
Oatmea with banana ~200 calories
2 Curd snacks ~240 calories
Salad with eggs ~200 calories
An apple ~60 calories
A banana with waffle ~200 calories

Total ~maybe 1000 calories

So I hope I will reach 47Kg until Friday yay!
If I do, then I will just try to reacb underweight until May!

And on May I will be trying to lose as much pounds as possible- possibly 44Kg until SUMMER!

Perfect!



then i might restrict a bit on june but i might just maintain and live until november :)

And on number i might come back and lose few pounds more if i wish!maybe to 40Kg.

And then it will be maintenance for life!


*******I will still workout on maitainance days etc..and watch what i eat obviously lol but i will only have to work on keeping that weight with doing anything i want :) !



So yeah! Whatever the number will be on summer whatever! It will be low and underweight anyway

Ah i decided to do another binge :(( but it is just one binge, you know? It will have little impact!

I was just feeling so malnourished i felt like i needed it but i will keep on neing 48Kg i am sure and i will lose what is left this month! :) it is okay

I don’t binge often anyway, so it is okay...

I just needed this. And i will still lose it all anyway

I actually think maybe j deserve maintaing right now? like i am planning to do it until summer (reach the weight i want until summer) but maybe i should do it right now?

Like i would still work out and all of that and try to keep my weight off (high restriction etc)

Why would i wait until summer if i could do it right now ? Like i am already 48kg-47kg and i could start maintaing my body soon?

What will that 45 or 46 kg would change anyway lol

I would just start manifesting how good my body looks etc

But idk... idk if it is a good idea yet...

Maybe not... idk

But what will it change to me?
My life would probably be the same anyway?
