This month i had :
January possibly 1 or 2 binges
Febuary 2 binges?
March idk maybe 1-3 binges
And April only 1 yet :) maybe the last one
So i am doing really good this year!! Like it’s been so long and I am not a binge slaver! I am doing everything how it is supposed to go! :)

Cereal ~200 calories
Cake ~50 calories
Chocolate and snack ~100 calories
Salmon salad ~200-250 calories

Total ~600 calories :)

TDEE: 1300
DEFICIT -


total loss should be: 0.5Kg

I binged again :(( ugh whatever i will just weigh on may 8 and i will try to get back to where i was until that

And after that, i’ll get to 46kg or whatever other

It is only my second binge this month so it is not that much...
It’s just idk i can promise it was my last binges i was just feeling very bingey this month lol but it’s ok i’ve got it under control and i just wanted it

I will be better next months

Okay so today I had a small binge because I am pre-period and also I wasn’t feeling healthy...

I ate around 1500-1600 calories & I will pace it all of so it should be maintainance max.

BUT I ALSO CAME WITH A PERFECT IDEA!!!!!!!!
So this small binge made me a bit healthier ,I don’t feel that weak anymore.

So I can do small binges like this anytime !!!! Like 1-2 times a month without feeling any guilt
WHY?
Because I can pace it all off!!!! I pace around 20k steps, so I’ll only lose weight if anything & still feel healthy enough to go on!
skinny and healthy!!!!

ofc not too often just whanever i’d feel like i need more food

So do people subtract used calories like from exercise from the total daily calories? I don’t normally but maybe I’ll start 🤔
