Ughh ate so many fucking candies today... period to blame. Should have ended at 1200 though max. Will pace a lot to make it good.

I just can’t resist the candies on period. I just can’t.

January: 2-3 binges ?
Febuary: 2 binges ?
March: 3-2 binges?
April: 3 binges (1 easy binge)

I’m doing good this year, it’s just that April was a bit harder for me but i’ll be ok.

I binged today again as it was hard not to :/ but i will try to cut off binges like that from now on!

My weight should be max 49kg now, but probably less, but i will lose all of that on May.

I know it was another mistake, but my period is in few days and I just couldn’t help it.

I will be ok if I’ll be 47Kg-48Kg on summer :)

Next weigh in will be after my period

Today instead of sugar i will eat:
•zero sugar chocolate spread
•honey
•zero sugar chocolate
•zero cal waffles
•another waffles/chips

And lots of protein to keep me full! Lol i need to stop with my sugar intake

Also today i got my period so no wonder i binged but i need to forgive myself somehow... i will just weigh myself possibly by next monday and i will try to get at lowest weighht as possible until that time !! with lots of restrictionand pacing ! max should be 49-48Kg but even that, i’ll lose it all by june... so i will be fine !

I need to stop sweating off and panicking of my one - time or once - two weeks binges like seriously it nevers leaves any big impact on my body and it literally just boosts my metabolism and doesn’t do anything bad . Like seriously enough satan lmao

Potatoes with meat ~300 calories
2 Waffles with icecream, honey ~140 calories
Total ~850 calories

I binged yesterday again :(( but i decided to weigh in anyway! And I am only 49Kg yay! But after a binge so i might be even 48kg actually

So yay I am safe! I will just try to reach 48Kg until next tuesday!!!

And then - 47Kg!!!!!

And I will be around underweight until summer! I might restrict even a bit until July and then I will start maintaining!!!

So ye even tho I binged like 4 times this month I almost maintained everything lmaoo you are completely safe to do so! :)

I still have it but it’s almost nothing, like barely

Weird, because i used to normalize my period and now it’s short again :) probs because of ed

4 mozarella sticks etc ~350 calories
Total ~800 calories :)

Banana ~100 calories
French fries with frankfurters ~250-300 calories
Coffe ~30 calories
Watflle and chocolat esnafks |150 calories
Total ~ 850 but sayint 900 calories to be safe :)

Ok so one thing is changing about me rn!

I’ve decided to MAINTAIN my weight for a while!!

Like, I will still be pacing and high restricting !!!! 800-1100 (probably mostly 1100 lol but sometimes 800 if i dont feel like eating )
I will still be logging my food

And i’ll probably be still be slowly losing weight BUT....

If i ever binge or whatever i won’t feel guilty because it will be like maintaining ^^ like i will be losing and gaining the same 1 pound lol but this is what maintaing is

I will probably maintain 49-48kg and i will do it until i reach another goal in my life !!!!

And then i’ll come back in november or 2022 and i will try to lose it to 44Kg !!

I will also be doing squats and stretching to make my body now look better!

Probably nothing will change lol like i will still restrict etc it’s just that i will be maintaing

I will do a weigh in on next friday but yay

I will also start working so i need enough energy to get through the days, and my face looks better when i am 49Kg so this is my desicion.

When i’ll reach 44Kg (start; november) i will just have enough money to do face fillers but i definetly do not want to have an ugly face now! I need to be beautiful, not only skinny

My guess right now is that i am still 49Kg, or so Bout that and i will be maintaining that

I will be living my life

Again, if u want to know WHY i am doing this is well basically i’ve noticed that my face starts to look bad when i am less then 48Kg

and i want a beautiful face!

So i can try to be 48-49Kg + squats and have a beautiful face at least..

I want to look like a barbie lol,

And i’ll come back to lose the last pounds in november!

This is my desicion for now and i need to stick to it! Maybe my body is just meh but at least a beauful face! I’ll be pretty :)

I also binged today but i restricted for a week so i’ll maintain again

Next weigh in: thursday!

And like i said, my life style won’t change!! Just more high restricting and more

UGHHHH I CAN’t believe first time of my life i decided to maintain like this is so exciting but my lifestyle wont change so it’s not anything but still! Hahah

I will focus on my photoshoots more now and my face and dressing good!
