But this is very confusing so i will just high restrict / pace and weigh myself every week to make sure i am same weight lol and maintain it.

Wtf
So weighed in. Even after a binge yesterday my scale says i am 47kg, almost 46kg

I am so confused. I guess i am just gonna maintain it then well i will be slowly losing with high restriction and pacing but it’s fine

Weird really thought i’d weigh more but it’s great i guess

Also what i noticed now 100% !!!!! That you can totally binge like once twice or even 3 times a month it WILL NOT effect your weight at all !!!!! Maybe by 1’pound at maximum but you will lose it in 2 days !!!!!!

You CAN totally binge few times a month without any worries, it even helps for me

So my plan for now will be HIGH RESTRICTION !!!!! Skinny girl diet

With + lots of pacing !!!!

It will be something like this, but of course I will choose what I feel like I’m up to on a day...

............1 day — 1000 calories

...........2 day — 800-900 calories?!

...........3 day — 1000 calories

...........4 day — 1150 calories?!

...........5 day — 900 calories

...........6 day — 1050 calories

............7 day — 1150 calories

Also will be pacing tons since i have the energy!!!


Will be weighing once a week

I am actually skinny now 46-47Kg !!!! Almost underweight ! Now i will be pacing a lot high restricting a lot probably slowly losing ! And having rest 1-2 times a month ! Life is good !

starting healthy skinny girl diet!! ^

food log today:

oatmeal with white chocolate, banana, honey ~230 calories

curd snack ~150 calories

meat with veggies and mashed potatoes ~360 calories

2 waffles ~60 calories

banana and cheese ~130 calories

total - 1000 calories
TDEE - 1500

deficit -500

But today i’ll probably manage to do only 700-800 because i feel like too much food and my body hasnt even proccesed it all yet i feel so high lol need it less..

sandwich with chicken ~230 calories

half a banana ~60 calories

chicken with mashed potatoes ~300 calories

strawberries with yogurt ,chocolate ~100 calories

1 cookie ~25 calories

yogurt with banana <2> ~100 calories

carrot, etc~ 60 calories

chocolate, 1 candy 60 calories

total ~1100 calories

TDEE- 1800

deficit —700

SO MY WORKOUT PLAN for this WEEK

~ 20 squats a day (with adding +10 more everyday)

~ stretching

~at least 1 blogilates video

+ pacing alot

So I had my second binge this month!! Probably a mistake but mehh. Only second one lol i’ll be fine because i can feel the cramps and my period coming! So i had to do it..

I had like 6 binges in april though lol and still managed to maintain 46Kg -47Kg so i am actually doing pretty good this month , considering to the fact that it is coming to an end : )

my period is to blame but i’ll be ok, will just go back and my weight should probs be the same, around 47Kg

I will forgive myself and keep on going, also I will focus more on pacing because i forgot to pace more recently. xoxo

I am currently maintaining my weight so even if it is 1 pound up i will lose it in few days so i don’t sweat off.
+ it is healthy for your body to let yourself food sometimes ;)

January: 2-3 binges ?
Febuary: 2 binges ?
March: 3-2 binges?
April: 6 binges
May: 2 binges

As you can see, in all months i had nassive binges but jjst from-time-to-time thing and it barely effected my actual weight, i kept on losing it. so now for sure 100% i know what is best for my body. so i am not scared of binges anymore!!

i don’t do it often, but i know i am completely safe to do it sometime.. I am still skinny : ) and be able to want if i want for my needs
