I binged but only 1 binge so i will be fine. Now i will share my tips for PMS since i feel depressed before period and i want to stop feeling that way :) u can use

enough sleep (might need even more sleep and it is ok!)

get enough rest for your body and mind

might find activities that dont require too much of energy (e.g reading books, watching a movie, etc)

at least light exercise!

healthy foods most of the time! enough protein.. well balanced. fruits, honey etc.

wear comfy ,warm clothes, blankets

Hi, food today:

Pancakes w yogurt ~250 calories

Curd snack ~120 calories

Meat and veggies ~300 calories

Chips
and cereal snack ~150 calories

Total ~750 calories :)

Today i might try doing maybe 600 cals-700 max, because i had a huge binge yesterday and i feel like i need to give my body some rest

So i will just have some yogurt & berries & few chips..maybe some oatmeal too..and like, maybe a snack

Hello food today!!

Pancakes with yogurt, donut ~260 calories

Meat with salad ~350 calories

Cereal Snack + chocolate 100 calories

Chips ~150 calories


Total ~900 calories

TDEE - 1500

Deficit —

For dinner might have chips or whatever and banana/otmeal

I almost passed out like twice this month lol

One time i actually passed out, and today almost too but i found a place to sit so i didn’t

Idk if ed related or not, might be but weird because i am high restricting like actually eating so muuch food like never before in my life & still passing out for the first time. Wtf lmaoo

chocolate ~200 calories

yogurt ~150 calories

Chips ~150 calories

Total ~750 calories


Planning for yogurt,

TDEE ~1300

I had a small binge on chocolate lol... up to 1400 calories max

:(
But my tdee is already 1500 and i just wanted that damn chocolate!! I will make my tdee to 2000, so i be fine

I just can not eat chocolate before period :(
But i am trying to maintain anyway lol and i if i make my tdee to 2000, i will stole lose lots!

So i will be ok. I will pace , i miss pacing so much

Ok i only paced to 1800 but still managed a deficit to 400 so i should be safe lol unless some water weight

Ok so i had huge breakfast again guess who had chocolate again lol. Srsly i just cant...

I had so much food, 500 cals but ill say 700 calories to be safe

Small banana ~70 cals
Nuts ~60 calories
Frankfurters with potatoes <200 calories
Total ~850-900 calories

I am thinking to maybe do a planned binge. Since it’s planned it could be even less food. But idk yet. Still thinking

January: 2-3 binges ?
Febuary: 2 binges ?
March: 3-2 binges?
April: 6 binges
May: 3 binges
June: 1 binge so far!

So I think I am doing good this year.! Like i am binging but only rarely, and that’s how I stay lean

But I need to have smaller binges now or rarely since I am high restricting!

It’s summer now, so I think to maybe switching to medium restriction at least for June?? Simply because it’s so hot and I don’t feel like eating anyway haha, mostly ice cream and fruits or whatever!

I ate to around 2000 cals today so it was a normal binge.
But I had those binges all months and I was fine, I’ll be fine.

Might be my last binge until period

So i had two binges yesterday and earlier but i forgive myself it is only second binge this month and it will straight up lol ! Like who cares which days i choose to binge as long as i do not binge more than 2 or 4 times a month :)
