Hey guys today is my 200+ calorie day!
I ate:
1 banana (80 calories
4 cookies (100 calories
Soup (100 cals
Half a sandwich with tuuuna (100
Total : 400
it was supposed to be more than 300+ fuck i'll be fine though
TDEE: 1500
So -1100

Hey yall today is my 400+ calorie day!
Also I have something new to tell you guys. It's time for me to weigh myself right, so basically I have no accurate scale at this house at the moment But I have old scale and I know that
I weigh around 55Kg maybe even 54Kg ALREADY! So to answer, yes this diet works as hell, I was once starting as 60Kg!
Anyways I'm willing till the next week to lose another 1Kg, so idk to reach 54Kg or 53,8Kg or so. We'll see!

I ate:
A piece of cheese (50 calories
Oatmeal (170 cals
Mashed potatoes with curds (200 cals
Half a yogurt (50cals
Soup (72 cals
Total: 520 cals

Btw this is the time where I got to my lowest weight so far in like 4 years, so i have to be very aware of my actions and to not stop and to keep on going!

Heyy guys today is my (600+ calorie day!!
I am eating today:
(A piece of cheese -50 calories
(Coffee with sugar/milk -70 calories
(Soup -80 calories
(Half a persimon -50 calories
(Half a like cereal bar -50 calories
(1 cookie -20 calories
(Half a sandwich with tuna -100 calories
(Soup -100 calories
(Chips -200 calories
Total: 720 calories
Bit more but i'm ok
TDEE ;1400
So -700

Officially starting 4681 today! I binged really badly the past few days so I need to start fresh. I’m gonna use MyFitnessPal to keep track of my foods :)

Chips (300 cals
Popcorn (90cals
2 cookies (50 cals
Soup (100 cals
Total :900 calories
TDEE : 1400
So -500

Lmao i just ate all of my calories and i feel like i binged even tho i didn't it's just soo manyy calories i atee soo much my mind is tricking me i ate too much! Lol it's ok especially for my metabolism

Today is my 400+ calorie day!
It was incredibly hard yesterday not to binge and I didn't but I ate like 350 calories ( much more than I planned) but at least I am fresh and didn't bingee!

I ate:
Chocolate -40 cals
Popcorn -100 cals
Chips half a pack -150 cals
A Sandwich with cheese and meat -200
Banana -80
1 cookie -26 cals
Soup -70
Total: 660
A lil bit more but i got this
TDEE: 1400
So -740

Hey! Your plan sounds cool. U go!
My diet is going for a month already and it's going great! I went from like 59Kg to like 54Kg so far.

That’s lovely. I’m at a pretty high weight right now. :( Been under 800 cal for a week now, I fasted 2 of those days, but having a plan with fluctuations seems like a better idea than winging it and fasting a couple days a week.

I think you are great and you can become even greater never too late ! yeah ikr, a plan is better and more effective obviously.

Hey everyone!!!!
Today is my 200+ calorie day
Now .. i'm not sure bout my weight , since i ate alot of donuts and pizza yesterday I MAY BE RETAINING WATER right now (which sucks) because it shows a whole different story on the scale and it's far from reality. I'll try to weigh myself tomorrow again just in case!
Right now I weigh around 54,6Kg. (my goal was 53,9Kg :/) If This Is Accurate, my second goal will be 53,6kg Till The Next Week. Everything will be alright though. Like I said, everything is still going according to plan!

I ate:
8 cookies (200 calories)
Mashed potatoes (130 calories
Total: 330
TDEE: 1700
So -1350

Hey everyone!!!
So today I weighed myself again) and Since yesterday it was water retention mostly , today now I weigh 54.1Kg (almost 53.9Kg) which was my goal!!!
My second goal till the next Wednsday is like 53.1Kg (or 52.9Kg!!)!m

Today I'm planning to rest a little and do MONO which HOPEFULLY will work and I will contiune to lose .For some people this mono worked, for some didn't but one day won't fuck anything. I hope it will work for me

MASHED POTATOES mono. I will be eating only this today, and yeah I hope it will work. After this, I'll go back to 600+ calorie restriction

This mono is probably the last mono that i am doing lol. They really fuck up my health. I felt dizzy and went to sleep for 3 hours. And I hope I won't gain ☹️
