Hey everyone today is my 800+ calorie day!
I ate:
Donut (100 calories
Cereal with milk (80 calories
Curds (100 calories
Apple (60 cAlories
Zeppelins (400 calories
Yogurt (100
Total: 900 calories
TDEE: 1600
So -700 or -600 or -400 i should lose..

Although i eat everything i want in this diet , i will still make a list of my best foods that i usually buy and am satisfited of.
when i want something sweet/to snack on:
•popcorn
•cookies
•cheap chips
•kukuruz
•rice cakes
•yogurt
•diabetes chocolate
•donuts
•fruit snacks
•FRUITS or BERRIES
•honey
•granola bar
•cocoa
•ice cream
•fruit

some real food:
•tuna
•eggs with bread and union
•sandwich with :nutella,salmon,cream,tuna,veggies,banana/pb,avocado,cheese n meat
•soup
•canned shiit with veggies
•salads
•rice cakes
•cereal/milk
•fruit salad
•chicken
•omlet
•egg whites
•chicken breast
•any type of porridge (gruel, oatmeal, mashed potatoes) with curs or with fruits
•curds
•hotdoggiez

Hey everyone today's my 400+ calorie day!

I ate:
ice cream (100 cals
Soup (80 cals
8 cookies (200 cals
Kiwi + half a banana (80 cals
Honey (80 cals
Total: 540
TDEE: 1400
So -800.
I am so glad my parents/grandma probably don't notice my weight loss yet because when they do it'll be too late to stop me!

6 sandwiches (4 with meat ,others with banana + nutella,milk) (450 calories
Meat (50 calories
Half a banana (40 calories
Total: 790 calories
TDEE: 1500
So -700

Oh yeah and btw i forgot to mention I didn't get my period this month. (It was supposed to start like 5 days ago).
But since today i ate 1000 calories (which is obv not enough but is still maybe enough nutrients or whatver ) i started feel a little bit of period cramps at the evening. 🤚🏿

Hey everyone!

Lol hey surprise guess what i got my period back . Probably because i ate 1000 calories yesterday and idk maybe that was enough to get it back. I kinda hate it i feel bloated i hope i'll keep losing the fuck

Today is my 1000+ calorie day.
I ate:
Cereal (200 calories
Banana (80 calories
4 cookies (100 calories
Water with sugar (100 calories
Meat with veggies (250 calories
Salad (200 calories
A glass of wine =250-300
6-5 shots of vodka =700
Total: 1950 calories
TDEE: 1900

THAT IS IT. i drank tonight we all need a little break sometimes so i'll be fine. i should maintain probably. i'll be fine.

Lmao ikr rightttt? Some people may think I'm crazy because i dont want periods because it's so unhealthy to put your body in a way that you stop having it but hey i dont care because they suck and also i noticed when i eat less than 900 calories i never get it but when i eat more than 900 cals i get it back. Anyways i'd rather not get it because i get bloated and when i dont get it at least it's a good sign for me that maybe i'll get skinny and stuff :'D lots of love

Today is my 300+ calorie day!
I ate:
3 cookies (50 calories
4 sandwiches (250 calories
Ham (80 calories
Popcorn (70 calories
3 shots of vodka (400
Wine (200 calories
Chips (200 calories
Total: 1220 calories
TDEE: 1600 calories
So -400
I should be fine . I know i went too high because i was restricting but tomorrow going back to 400 probably

So after having 2 days of heavy drinking (which will probably only made me MAINTAINED) this time i need to go to deficit...
So i'll eat around 600 cals today
I ate :
Cereal with milk (100 calories
2 sandwiches (100 calories
3 cookies (76 calories
1 cereal bar (100 calories
Smashed potatoes with curds (200 calories

Total: 570 calories
TDEE: 1600
So -1000

Bad thoughts and bad mind are hitting me so hard rnn. 2 days of drinking will not make my progress bad but I feel like a fat cow now. I want to feel in control again. I need to keep losing :( I want to reach 52Kg asap.. :(

So my results for all the week (counting the deficit) are just:
-700 ; -700 ; +200 ; -400 ; -1000 ,
So it is total -2600 and tomorrow it'll be like -800 deficit and it'll be like -3500 which is almost 1Kg. So I think I should be fine! I hope I will reach 52Kg very soon!
