Hey everyone!
Today is my 800 calorie day. Idk what I will eat today: something that my grandma will make or have but if (this will be too high in calories then I'll eat: some sandwiches, soup, cookies. We'll see.

I already ate:
6 cookies (150 calories
few bites of koldunai (50 calories
Chicken (200 calories
Vegetable salad with dressing (300 calories
Pie (300 calories
Total: 1000
TDEE 1600 calories
So it is -600

My deficit for all this week is -3200 which is almost 1 pound. I hope I will lose.!

Morning!

Things are tough. I haven't lost a pound this week I don't know why. I'm still 53Kg.. maybe i'm retaining water rn but idk.. I JUST WANT 52Kg WHY THE FUCK I AM STUCK!!!!! And why puffiness from my face just won't dissapaer? I hate it
I have to try harder..

Basically I will cut off most of the carbs, will eat more balanced and will drink more water.. to cut off water retention

RECOMMENTED DAY INTAKE FOR SALT,SUGAR AND OTHERS
sugar - 25g (2tablespoons)
carbs - 20g
salt - 1,2g
fat - 15/19g

To lose 100gram I need to have -700 deficit.

Today is my 1000+ cal day..
I ate:
Cold Soup (150 calories
2 Bananas (160 calories
1 potato (130 calories
1 persimmon (130 calories
Chocolate (180 calories
1 cookie (26 calories
Total: 740 calories
Have a wonderful day..

TDEE: 1400
so -660 calories

Lol so for this week I'm thinking of doing 3,500 calorie challenge ; that would be 500 calories per day and once im done I'll swich to 4681 diet. Why? Well because I'll be restricting more and because I need a break.
That would be 3,500 calories till Saturday. THIS WILL BE TILL I REACH 52Kg, then i'll go back to 4681 diet

BREAK: DAY 1 OF 3,500 CALORIE CHALLENGE

So I'm starting 3,500 calorie challenge today Till Saturday!
Also.. I weigh around 52,7Kg now.. so i'm really really hoping to reach 52Kg till the next week !!!! Ughhh plateau sucks !!

I ate:
5 grapes (15 calories
Half a cookie (20 calories
Apple (60 calories
Salad (100 calories
Total: 200 calories
Calories left: 3300 calories
TDEE: 1500 calories
So -1300

Hello you all!

❄️ So.. i'm ENDING 3,500 calorie challenge today and I'll just eat 500-600 calories today, and on sunday I'll probably start 2468 again. ❄️



I can't believe this but .. i actually weigh 52Kg now !! This was literally the number of my dreams and I finally got it.. i remember dreaming of it for years lol. But we won't stop here. My next goal for the next week is 51Kg hopefully i'll reach it too!


Anyways my TDEE 1300
I'm planning on eating yogurt worth of 200-300 calories, fruits and maybe some eggs, or just egg whites with veggies.

I ate:
Salad (50? Calories
Omlet (200 calories
Yogurt (300 calories
1 pear (80 calories
1 Banana (80 calories
Total: 700 calories
TDEE: 1300 calories
So -600
(♠️almost 100gr)

What do you mean just not eat?

And 2468 diet works because you eat 200 cals one day, then 400 cals other - you are uppering your intake day by day - in that case , you trick your body into thinking it is not 'starving' and is getting more food. In your case 8642, i don't know if it would work hun. You would probably still lose because calorie deficit but idk if that's a diet

Today I'm probably starting 3579 again .

Today is my 300+ calorie day.
Idk what I will eat yet.
I ate:
1 cookie (30 calories
Half an orange (40 calories
1 frankfurter (hotdog) (80 calories
Popcorn (90 calories
Total: 300 calories
TDEE: 1400 calories
So -1100
+300
♣️100 gram ♣️

♣️ Total loss should be: 200gr ♣️

I'm also thinking of adding some workout. Tbh I never ever worked out lol I'm lazzy ass because i saw no point but since I'm a bit smaller now it would be easier for me to workout. Like, even if it is 5minUte ANA WORKOUT (you know when it says 10jumping jacks, 20 squats, few lunges and stuff). So 5min-1hour a day workout would add a litte progress to my journey plus it wouldn't be hard. also would tone my body lol and all the fats.

Also the most loved fact is not that I should be 51Kg next week (you know, 51, 52.. not a big difference huh?) but more the fact that I'll be BMI 20.6 !!! From bmi 21.1 !!! i must reach it soon !
