Today is my 500+ calorie day
I ate:
Popcorn (90 calories
Candy (30 calories
2 frankfurters (180 calories
2 little slices of bread (60 calories
Half a cookie (15 calories
3 Cheese sticks (120 calories
Half a pear (40 calories
Total: 600 calories
TDEE: 1500
So -700
♣️100gram♣️
+600

♣️ Total loss should be: 300gram ♣️

Hey everyone!

Today I want to do a break and try YOGURT and COCOA mono. basically just eating yogurt and drinking cocoa all day lol
i hope i will do fine :/


the yogurt that i bought, all flavoured it may seem like cheating and all but really i still felt like shit today.4c264a168dcc29380fc5e40ebf39bc54.jpg
i ate 800 calories worth of yogurt and drank 100-400 calories of cocoa. i couldn't help but sleep all day..

soo like weird thing happened to me today . in the morning i woke up everything was chill & idk like few hours later i almost passed out. i started sweating, feeling nauseous, ringing ears, literally almost blacked out but somehow i didn't (thank god) i was in front of people so it would've been so embarrassing, i didn't want to go to hospital or anything.
i don't know if i've lost any weight after mono day though, but it sucked.

today is my 700 calorie day! (back to restricting)

I ate:
Chocolate bar (80 calories
Veggies with eggs and frankfurther (300 calories
Cheese (60 calories
Apple (60 calories
Popcorn (80 calories
Persimon (100 calories
Total: 700 calories
TDEE: 1500
So -700
♣️100 grams ♣️


♣️ total loss should be: 500gram ♣️

Hello guys !!! BIG NEWS

so I decided to accidentally weigh myself today (altho I only planned to do it on Saturday) but I did it earlier.
i couldn't believe my eyes when I saw that number. I can't believe this but I weigh 51Kg now (well, maybe 51,3Kg) but that's the point... also... WHICH MAKES MY BMI TO 20.7 !!!!


freaking amazing!! ^^ i waited so long to get trough 21's bmi's like... loool it was my dream but tbh i still feel huge. maybe this mono day that I did also helped me to lose alot you know.
And anyways my next goal till the next week is 50Kg !!!!!

today I'm planning on doing maybe 500 calorie day , we'll see.
I ate:
omlet with ham and veggies (230 calories
ice cream (120 calories
2 piece of bread (60 calories
few fruits (130 calories
veggies (150 calories
cheese (40 calories
total: 740 calories
TDEE: 1400
So -700
♣️ 100 gram ♣️

workout - completed ✔️⌚️

I ate so much today though ☹️
But i'll be fine tomorrow! still gonna loose.


♣️total loss should be: 100gram ♣️

i made myself a list of workouts that i will have to do EVERYDAY. so basically i will do this & i'll be done for a day. this doesn't seem like much and it's not much, i'm not sure about how many calories this will burn, probably not so much but it's more about toning my body and making it look better. so yeah i'm about to do this rn before bed . and i'll do this everyday. i think it's super easy and fast but will also help me in long turn. 9235a56ccb5196f63667e6e3231da615.jpg

Omlet with ham and veggies (240 calories
2 little slices of bread (50 calories
1 banana and a half (120 calories
4 cookies (150 calories
1 cereal bar (50 calories
Total: 750 calories
TDEE: 1700
I ate way too many carbs today - 50 g altho my limit is 30 g :// well, but it's just one bad day it is okay, tomorrow i'll do better, still gonna lose
So -700
♣️ 100 gram ♣️
+500-600
♣️ total loss should be: 300 gram ♣️

ughhhh girl you just motivated me so much! It's my first week doing 2468.. I started with 60.3 kg and now I'm at 58.3 in just 5 days amazing! My goal is 51kg so you're an inspiration yay :wub:

 

Btw I'm also updating my progress as you are here on mpa if you want to check it out :) I don't know if it will give you any motivation tho since you're lighter than me lol anyway... keep up the good work and stay safe :P <3

aww that's so cute! i really don't know how fast time flew honestly, it seems like just yesterday i was 58Kg and now I can't even believe i'm already 51Kg, haha same thing will happen to you as well i'm sure! you'll get there ❣️

Hey girl❤️ So I was losing like 0.4kg daily and today I didn't lose nothing 😔 I was so sad like whyyyy.. it's my 800 calorie day today so probably tomorrow there won't be any weight loss either.. and I have like 4 weeks until new year to go from 57.8kg to 53kg 😭 Any suggestions?

after having such a high calorie day (800) ,i'll go back to 300-400 calorie day restricting. it was really hard to eat yesterday idk why!

heyy are you actually weighing yourself like everyday? i don't do that because i would probably go crazy, sometimes it is just water retention, not the real weight so dont worry.

weight loss is not the thing where everything happens immediately, it has it ups and downs but if you won't give up , EVENTUALLY you will lose.

if that helps, in this diet, i managed to lose only 1Kg every week. so i am on this diet for 2 months now & which means i lost 9Kg in those 2months, so keep that in mind.

don't give up just keep on going everything will be alright there's no way to gain real weight if you're restricting & in the end you'll lose the weight
