hey everyone!!!

i'm coming with news today....
first new about my weight., it was time to weigh myself today and finally finally finally, today I weigh 49,4Kg ! ! ! ! which is so freakin amazing . it also makes my bmi to 19.9 bmi ANDD i've finally left '' 110lbs '' ! 109 lbs now !


sooo, my next goal like for the next friday will be 48Kg. (48,4Kg)
WHICH WAS ALSO MY UGW FOR THIS DIET. IF I REACH 48 NEXT WEEK, WILL I BE DONE WITH THIS DIET AND THIS WILL BE OVER? NAH, I'LL STILL KEEP ON GOING, TILL 47KG or maybe maybe maybe till 45Kg. then i'll probably be done, but idk i'm not promising anything yet.

since it will be christmas soon, i will do some break now from 4681 BECAUSE I NEED TO MAKE UP FOR CHRISTMAS EVE and also CHRISTMAS FOODS that i may have to eat.. today i'm planning on eating only tangerines, maybe an apple too. tomorrow only on ice cream.

so, i'm extremely happy and i wish to all of you to never give up, even if you plateau one week, the second week you'll still achieve your goals.





TDEE: 1700
ate: 13 tangarines - 500 calories
so -1200 which is ♣️ 100 gram♣️ and -200 so -

hello lovely babes!!!

so yesterday i did break of TANGARINES-mono diet and today i will do ICE CREAM-mono diet. hopefully they both will work out fineeee because i need it!!!!! before 2 days of christmas-binging lol

i ate:
Ate 1700 calories of ice cream -TDEE- 1500
So +200
well obviously in this diet calories is not what matters because it's mono but im still gonna
Count

what im gonna eat today, is obviously something next to family table at the evening, will try to drink water while i eat and something in protein, and yeah and will also walk as much steps as possible today to make up for today
TDEE: 1700
ate:
2 little bread sticks with egg and tuna (100 calories
chips (200 calories
+ i ate salmon (300) other fish (100) , other salad (200 calories = total like 1110 calories

So -600 calories

MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!!!!

so today, the same as yesterday, i ate something next to table, around 600 calories already
my tdee is 1400 for today now, i'm hoping to have a deficit again
i'll walk more steps today and try to eat a lil bit less
have no other plan for today though..
I hope you all had a nice christmas and also im hoping you are all having a great time with your family.
my last weigh in was 49,4Kg so i'm hoping to stay that way or even thinnier + tomorrow hopefully going back on the track on my journey to 48Kg (next weigh in will be on tuesday)
if i have to eat anything else today will try to eat with more protein

TDEE: 1700
ate: chicken, mashed potatoes, salad ,spoon of honey (700 calories)
chocolate 500
2-3 rafaelo candies
normal chocolate candies =1700
alchohol pudding ===== 2000 or 2300
so it will be like +300-600

basically christmas eve & christmas was all about maintaining

tomorrow back on 3568 diet

HEY EVERYONE!

i really hope you had great holidays, wonderful christmas and that everything went well to you all no matter how much we ate or didn't eat - always remember - we can get back anytime and few days won't fuck all the progress!x all is good guys! it also did good to our metabolism and i feel really rested now and pumped up for more progress in my life!

today im finally getting back on 3568 diet.. Ughhh finally back on track and can feel in control again
my journey to 48kg starts now!


already ate:
3 bread sticks (80 calories
salad (100-200 calories
walnuts and few chips (40 calories
yogurt (120 calories
apple (60 calories
banana (80 calories
total: 460 calories
TDEE: 1400
So -700

♣️ total loss should be: 100 gram ♣️

hello all!

today should be my 400 calorie day but instead i want to try POTATO CHIPS mono..i know it sounds bad , but it has worked for a lot of people soo.. i would eat 1600 calories of it + workout so it shouldn't be that bad ?
even if i will maintain/gain i will fix this with workout cus I REALLY want to try this and i hope it will work! plus haven't tried it before so it'd be interesting.. i mean yh im scared but.. IT'S WORTH TRYING.
i'll buy some lay chips today! hoping for the best results !!!
ate:
40 g of chips w salt (200 calories
175g of chips w mushroom (800 calories
200g of chips with onion (1000 calories
salt intake: 8g
total: 2000 calories
TDEE: 2000
Deficit +200
water drank: 2L

I can't help but feeling like a total piece of shit after eating that though, well mostly because it's salt and if that's calories i want to keep losing like i can't have a single day without deficit. maybe i'll be strong enough to workout more so i could still go to deficit because i'm feeling really bad after eating that much now i'll have a quick nap

so after having a really weird day yesterday (chips mono, i'm so glad it's over)
i'm scared af to weigh myself or anything because of the salt intake i was taking in + i also took some laxatives before sleep and I REALLY HOPE I LOST SOMETHING :/ glad it's over

now today i will have just another day of possibly restricting because it's NEW YEAR and it would not be possible for me to restric that little (2468) but i'll try to make the deficit as bigger as possible
i'll also drink some wine
i'll try to eat about 900 calories tho today.. but 400 Will go for wine , and i already ate 100 so here i have 400 calories for food today

ate:
chocolate (40 calories
veggies (60 calories
apple (30 calories
fish with veggies (200calories
Pomegranade (70 calories
chocolate (50 calories
sandwich (30 calories
wine (100-200 calories
salad, half banana (120 calories
6 rafaello candies (500 calories
salad (500 calories
meat (300 calories
total: 2300 calories
TDEE: 1600
So -600
♣️ 100 gram ♣️

+300
♣️ total loss should be: 700 gram ♣️
i hope you all will have a great time spending the last day of 2017, and the first day of 2018!!! my goal for this diet was to reach 48Kg by New Year and.. yeah i'll weigh myself in few days to see if it happened..

i hope you are all having a GREAT FIRST DAY OF NEW YEARS!
No matter how much i binged yesterday, it probably made me gain like 300gram, so now my weight loss may take longer idk, so i'll weigh myself on wednsday (one day later). I'll still be okay: few grams sooner or later, it's Ok.

It was the last day of 2017 binging and now i can start fresh and strong

today is my 300 calorie day
i'm aiming for at least -1200 deficit.
i'm planning on eating popcorn, then idk something else.

ate:
half chocolate u(50 calories
sandwich (30 calories
1 nut (20 calories
2 egg whites with veggies (50 calories
ice cream (100 calories
veggies (60 calories
tangarine (30 calories
total: 430 calories

And did you exercise ???
I literally need to lose the same amount in 2.5 months , so any advice would be much appreciated!!!

Hey people!

Today I'm going to SPA with my mom. I'm going to be there for 3 days, so like, eating will be have to be with her, in like a caffee or something: breakfast, lunch and dinner. And it sucks but I'll try to:
•eat more protein foods/fill plate with veggies
•secrectly throwing it away if there's a chance
•count calories
•also eat slowly and drink water
•cut my food to small pieces
•will try to make up for it. Always aiming for at least -700 deficit. I will walk alot of steps all day.

Aiming for 2000 deficit today
ate:
coffee with sugar ..(50-100 calories
soup (40-50 calories
1 chicken breast (but it was full with oil ew...) (like 200 calories?
carrot salad (like 200 calories?
what i had well i hope it doesn't look too bad

idk i feel so disgusting after having to eat those foods even if i work out my deficit, i still feel fat and like i'm doing something wrong (when i'm eating it) this is the last day of eating like it (expect that i'll have to eat only breakfast tomorrow) but fuuck i hate that.
today i'm aiming for 2200? tdee.. cus yea, need at least 700-800 deficit again
