Nov 28: 800
Nov 29: 700-800
Nov 30: 900
Dec 1: 700
Dec 2: 900-1000
Dec 3: 650
Dec 4: 500
Dec 5: weigh in & 600
Dec 6: weight in

So i will start low restriction from tomorrow! i am taking it later but i just didn’t manage it today or yesterday so tomorrow should be the day. In the worst case- thursday :/

I decided to do high restriction today instead guys :(((( up to 900-1000 calories but ill be ok as long as im not binging


TDEE -1700 so a deficit of around 700-800

good idea on the high restriction! many calorie based weight loss programs do say that you should have "anchor" weeks where you eat a bit more to keep your metabolism (and digestive system) in shape. stay well today ♡♡♡

Yeah ikr! Especially when your body really asks for it and you just feel it, you know? It’s better to do it than not to do it, and I’m still gonna lose weight & feel strong to go further now. (+ i also might get my period in a week or so idek bc cramps now& kinda feel like that was the reason i am way hungier than usual ). But that’s again okay.

the guilt is even bigger when i have to be skinny for a special even (new year) so i’d be more chill without this event or any event at all but rn im like i muuuust pace My way to skinny

So i feel like my period is about to come, because my boobs bigger, etc :/ and also weight looks bigger tho i couldn’t gain because i wasn’t binging lol so it just period bloat. So, sadly, i can’t weigh myself yet, because that will be just period weight, especially from boobs, so i won’t know my real weight.

So i’ll weigh once it ends. I don’t know when it’ll end, i don’t even know when it’ll start but yeah. :/
Probably around 10-14 of December. (My guess)
So I’ll PROBABLY weigh in around that time and I’ll hope to be 49.8Kg at least by that time??

so yeah. It is what it is.

Hello everyone!

So today probably around 700-750 calories max because My upcoming ? period makes me feel dumb but i still want to lose something and I don’t want to pace too much but still somewhat a bit so it’ll be a good number I guess

Woke up with weird period cramps but nothing new

Btw these are recommended foods to eat on your period in case or when we get bingey to satistfy our sweet mouth to avoid binges becauses it’s so hard not to binge before or during that time- we all know it
•Oatmeal
•Hot chocolate (low calorie) or cacao
•Fruits like bananas,
or low calorie yogurt with fruits
•honey!!!
•popcorn
•low calorie chocolate (i know this only 1g per peace) also curd snacks i know
•rich protein foods like tuna etc etc to make me feel FULL

You’re right - i hardly remember you, though i wish i could.. but it’s so sweet to hear someone remembering me, so now I’ll know you for sure! yeah today it dissapeared a little but my weight literally just flaculates alot during upcoming period so i just wait for the day it comes so I can weigh in again! yayyy welcome back and i’m so grateful babe, hope you enjoy the time here!

Soo.. i had a higher calorie day today 1200 but that was not a binge and i’ve been restricting to max 1000 for 3 weeks NOW so ONE DAY of eating a bit more will be okay, especially for my metabolism. tomorrow i might do 800, and then i’ll make my maximum to 750 from suday

Plus before period i probably burn a bit more calories so eating a bit more is totally fine as i am hungier too (tho i am still hungry) but i have energy to pace now so i might do t

So I ate around 1000 calories again but I could say 1100-1200 to be safe... it’s impossible to gain on that but I will still pace it all of today, to make sure I still lose weight hopefully !

I just wanted another day of high restriction and well as long as it wasn’t a binge I am fine ! I should not let bad thoughts consume me - I’ll still lose the weight, especially after pacing much !


Tomorrow max 700 !
