Today i couldnt pace much but i might do 700 tomorrow or mono so i will balance it off. Today a rest day and tomorrow kinda too probably to balance it. I don’t feel like pacing i feel so tired and just unmotivated lol so id rather listen to my body. I haven’t done a rest day yet this week so today and tomorrow it will be
so i could come back stronger.
Tho i feel guilty for not pacing but it is just ONE day... and tomorrow too, so it is okay to change things a bit from time to time to not get stuck or whatever, and also rest days are important even if i dont lose much that day i should maintain at least. Plus tomorrow i am balancing it off
So i will pace a lot for 5 days are week but 2 days i can choose break if i feel up to it but i need to make sure i don’t eat much that day
