I’ve been high restricting for way too long so i will try to eat max 750 At least for a few days or i’ll do mono. I got too relaxed lol

Thoo i pace a lot so i feel like it is the same anyway haha

Well i feel like i did 1110 -1200 again today.. at least it wasn’t a binge. Im just gonna pace more, i feel tired tho bc feel like period coming

Ok then..... eating disorders are no fun and no game :/

My bones became hurting. Not like hurting, more like aching. You know, i just feel them aching? Not all the bones! Only collarbones. Only them.

But i don’t remember if they’re supposed to be this way. To feel this way. The last time i lost weight i don’t remember them aching like this?

It doesn’t hurt, but it’s not comfotable. I don’t know, guys.

One of the scenarios could be developing osteporosys as it is common with eating disorders. But i don’t know. It might not be.

Probably the best thing i could do is doctors and contiune eating as healthier as possible
