Hey guys!
Altho I had a bad day yesterday, today I can say im still happy i weighed myself and I still lost some weight (even if i gained before)
I now weigh 57,6kg which is amaazing♥️
Im planning on eating only apples today to clean myself after a bad day!.
I love u all guys so much and have a wonderful day ♥️♥️

Btw i'm willing to lose 1kg till the next week

Today went really well , ate just haf an apple, and yogurt (which was 100 calories) and cacao which went pretty well.. sooo tomorrow i'm planning on eating 500 calories (or something i don't want it to be too low (for metabolism and shit) but also not too high soo yeaah. I'll be alright thouugh.

Hey guys, today is my 5 or 6 calorie day idk, I already ate: a nut bar (150 calories), oatmeal (150 calories) and coconut drink (50 cals , total 350 calories, around 250 cals are left for today have a good day

Btw this diet is also that i can eat basically anything - just with less calories

Fuck ok i dont know how much i ate today because i ate pumpkin soup but im not sure about the calories in it
I ate: beans 160 calories
one little slice of pie 40 calories
2 bowls of pumkin soup (not sure :(
hematogen 180 calories
yogurt 100 calories
few fruits 160 calories

TOTAL : 640 calories.
Not sure how many calories soup could've had. Let's give it the worst; 400 or 500 cals. So even if i ate more than i planned it's still ok. But tomorrow i'll probably eat like 400 cals again

I just weighed myself and I only lost 200gr. :) :)how cool is that
57,4Kg now
Although This could be because I drank Zero Cola at evening and this retains water. Also my tummy is so big rn and i dont know why like i didnt eat alot???? I could be simply retaining water. So I'll just simply say that I'm retaining water and I'll try to weigh myself clearer in few days. My goal for this week was at least 56,9Kg :( have a wonderful day!

Also i thought of making maybe 1 mono day because i want to try lool buut i'm not sure when i could do it -.-

Hey guys so since it's so hard for me to drop the weight and i wanted some chooocolate i thought of doing Mono Day today just like a little break from restricting and also something new to make me feel relaxed

Fuck, you know what this mono diet worked as fuck. Altho i was feeling sooo sick all day (probably sugar crash) and i was just dizzy, hungry really wanted to binge and stuff (i didn't) but it worked like hell . I weighed myself and I now weigh 56,8Kg !!!!!
omg so i lost alot but maybe yesterday it was water weight idk whatever I reached my goal,
Now my second goal will be 55,9Kg till the next week (tuesday) or wednsday I am wishing!!♥️

Smashed potatoes 140 calories
Yogurt 100 calories
Yatekomo noodles soup 300 calories
Total: 840 calories

TDEE ; 1700 sooo
It is -860 .
