hey everyone!

this topic is all about positive vibes mostly guys. I know it's not common for EDs to love your body but I feel like if i Have choice and if I have a voice then I might as well encourage others to see that there is always a light at the end of the tunnel, and you don't have to fail your organs and life, EVEN if you have an eating disorder. You don't have to be slowly dying EVEN if you have an eating disorder. You can always find a way which leads to a better life, EVEN while being stucked in this disorder. I want to be that example and I feel like I can be it. I feel like some of us are so too negative here, and I don't know why, I still care about my health and my happiness enough. : ) Do everything with love because everything is possible.

So i'm not saying that 47Kg--50Kg is bad for me, it's good, but I still want to lose it reach 42Kg. I actually thought my UGW is 37Kg, but now I'm thinking maybe I'll make my ugw to 44Kg-42Kg? I don't know yet, because I remember myself at 44Kg and I felt AMAZING at this weight! So I'm thinking why I would go lower?

I am a bit of complusive exerciser and I really love to pace (walk). I can spend lots of hours of just pacing, it's my love. So I'm glad I have something I love to do : ) I am also thinking of doing some other exercise like squats, so my body would not only lose the fat, but also look more like a girl /woman :)

so i'm currently doing

KETO eating PLAN and also, sometimes, high restriction and sometimes, i'll do just this intake:


as you can see I changed rules a little because 2468 wouldn't be enough for me:

some (time/to time weeks) it will be:
•600cals, 800cals, 1000cals, 1200cals
some (usually weeks) it will be:
•400cals, 600cals, 800cals, 1000cals
some (rarely weeks) it will be:
•200cals, 400cals, 600cals, 800cals
i will also do some maybe other diets from time to time for BREAKS & just so i wouldn't get stuck.
results so far:

height: 5'2 (157cm)

SW: 59Kg
CW: ~51Kg+

GW: 49.5Kg
GW2:: 47-46Kg 
GW3: 44Kg 

UGW: 37Kg but even 44Kg-43Kg would be fine I think!!!

Hey guys. happy morning. I just woke up and I'm thinking what should I eat today? And how much I should? I'll have my coffee now and later I'm thinking about macdonalds lol or idk something else from a shop. I'll tell you what I eat And when? At once or throughout the day. Probably at once Hope you'll have an amazing day! Xd

This is what I had today: 600 CALORIES
A burger (it was so good oh my goood) and yogurt (not all of it)

Happy morning guys Today allowable limit for me is 800 calories which is a bit risky but whatever it's still not that much and i want to make sure I'm not fucking my metabolism up. Also I already love this diet because everyday it's just getting better with calories: you struggle one day so you could feel better the next day knowing today you can eat a lil bit more! haha
So since today allowable amount for me is 800 calories I'm thinking what should I eaat lol. I want something a little bit healthy and also something a little bit of junk what would be the best for me??

Hey guys today is my 1000 CALORIE DAY I already ate two chocolate bars (300 cals total) and salad (350cals) + energy drink + an apple 50cals +coffe and bar = 1000cals Hope yall have amazing day!

Today is my 800 calorie day. I already ate chocolate (200 cals) and donut (250) = 450 total, 350 calories are left ♥️ have amazing day

Btw I weighed myself and I lost few grams. I now weigh 58,4Kg

Ok guys today was a bit mess FUCCCCK im panicking noooooooo, i ate a whole 30cm pizza but i thought there are like 1000 calories but there were probably 1300 or maybe even 1500 or more ohg what did i do let's give it the worst -1600 calories , my tdee is 1500 calories so i'll workout for few hours to make it till 2000 to make sure i dont gain :/
And since this happened tomorrow i will eat like 400 or 700 cals
And 500 on sunday
So everything should be alright by then
I should stop worrying i will still lose

Today is another day... i should be eating 1200 calories now but since i had a very messed up day yesterday , i'm scared to gain and so i think i should minimize it but i dont wanna fast as well. Maybe im gonna do 1000 cals day again, or 800 i already had 200 calories in the morning now i will eat salad which will make it 500 cals total and then just some yogurt with fruits letter and that is it. Even if i eat more and my diet fucked up a little it is okay, also im thinking of doing since tomorrow a little more strict - to eat 400 cals tommorrow and then 600, 800 and 1..JUST so i could have faster results And I hope you will all have a wonderful day!

Hey guYs today is another day of me eating like 400 or 500 calories. Hm 400 is pretty low so i'm not sure which one i should choose, probably will depend on what i will eat i thought of eating:
2-3 mandarines (120 cals) , and maybe some pancakes but i'm not sure about calories so if this can't work out then just oatmeal (160 cals) and next to oatmeal something that would fit into my calorie limit (100 cals) , tuna ????? Letuce or whatever or smthng else. We'll see. Hope you have a wonderful day

Ughr also i got my period and it waas so fucking hard yesterday not to binge but i didn't and i'm so proud lmao of myself and ANWYAYs it's weird i still have my period eating that less, i will probably eat 800 cals today so 300 left for chocolate i love you all

Ughhhh hello guys! yesterday was so rough honestly... but i don't know myself anymore because I didn't binge..like at all..i'm like another person now So, limit for today is probably 900 CALORIES (1000) What I'm planning to eat? I'm craving for:
Pasta (400 cals) , choco bar and donutt??
