Today i will restrict to 400 cals ^^

I ate:
Smashed potatoes (140 cals)
Apple (60 cals)
Soup with veggiess (80 cals)
Another Soup with 2 little clise of bread (100 calories)

I am eating:
Smashed potatoes (130 calories)
Coffe with sugar and milk (50 cals)
2 tangarines (80 cals)
Homemade Pizza (800 cals)
Total : 1100
Tdee : 1500
So -400

Hey guys!
I BINGED I ate LIKE 3000 CALORIES.
It all happens to the best of us it just shows that i'm Not perfect.
TDEE +1500 (few grams)
Tomorrow i'll restrict to 200 cals
And on monday it'll only be 400
I hope this binge did good to my metabolism



IT JUST SHOWED THAT I AM NOT PERFECT; I AM A HUMAN AND THAT IS OK. I WON'T LET THIS STOP ME

Heyyyy guyyyys!
Today is my 400calorie day
Just so you guys know, I weighed myself and I've lost big amount of weight again!
I now weigh 56,2Kg!!!
My next goal will be 55Kg (or 54,9Kg) till the next week!

Half an apple bar (50 cals)
Half a bananna (40cals)
Yogurt (100 cals)
3 cookies (80 cals)
Bread with curds (130 cals
Beans (70 cals

Hey!! You sound like you're doing great! If I may, scrambled eggs, tuna, and salsa is totally lit!!! It keeps me full allllll day and there's protein and just I mean tuna haha
Do you make plans in advance?? Or eat as you go??

Yeah i eat tuna sometimes haha totally worth it thanks!!!!!
Sometimes i make some plans on what im about to eat sometimes it gets messed up a little,and eat something else than i planned

Hi girlies! I’m starting a similar modified 2468 diet tomorrow, so I’ll be aiming to do 400, 600, 800, 1000 then repeat for about four weeks or so and see where I’m at after that.

What are some of your favorite low cal foods to snack on? I’m not a huge fan of veggies (I eat like a five year old lol) but I know hard boiled eggs (no yolk), apples, rice cakes, and chicken broth/bone broth will probably be Foods I eat pretty often.

I already ate:
3 tangarines (120 cals
1 chocolate bar 100cals
Half a sandwich with tuna (90cals

Cacao (100-200 cals
Total : 910-+1000
TDEE : 1500
So -500
A little bit more but it's ok
