Omg :( i think i invented around 1100-1200 cals...maybe even 1400-1500 idk.... but last time i did this i didn’t gain from that plus maybe i burn more now on period,u know? XD i should stop panicking, just because i ate 1300 or somrthing it doesn’t mean it’s gonna be gain but if u panic and binge than for sure it’s gonna be big gain! STOP PANICKING! u are starting fresh once period stops anyways! And u are doing this for no one but yourself!

Food today around 800-900 calories!!!
Gonna eat something else to 100-150 and that’s it today

Deficit will be 1000-900..

Wtf, guys XDDDDD

So I weighed in just in case and i can’t believe

I am only 51Kg. HOW?!!!!!

I really really expected tobe 52Kg or at least 53Kg or even because i was binging sooooo much for over a week and even now, i didnt even restrict low - just high or very high restriction

apparently i only gained 1Kg wooooow bye

Next goal 49.5Kg until the next week

-

And 47Kg until 15 of August

- next weigh in: friday,saturday and maybe thursday
