Hi 

 

I am going to start this Monday and I just want to know what to expect, if you have done this diet before please answer a few questions for me thank you.

 

1. how long did you do it for?

2. how much did you lose?

3. how to avoid getting dizzy?

4. what types of foods did you eat on day 200?

 

I have went for 109 to 126 in a year I am desperate to get this weight off and hoping this will help, thank you in advance! :)

Im on day 5 and I have already lost 4 pounds! on 200 days, 

and to keep from getting dizzy? just make sure to stay hydrated, itll help some. but just tell people youre getting over the flu or something equally as serious and youre still kinda weak from it.

On 200 days- Soup! soup is a miracle! though some lean cuisine meals are, like, 220 cals so you can eat most of it and then throw the rest away c:

Hope that helps! also keep some ibuprofen on hand because you WILL get hunger headaches and asprin on an empty stomache will make you throw up, and trust
