Okay, so on Friday I did an apple mono and I'm really proud that I got through the day without stopping; it was my first mono I actually stuck to.

 

So, Friday morning I was 184.1lbs and Saturday morning i weighed myself and I was 181.6

That's a loss of about 3lbs in one day. (3.1lbs to be exact xD)

 

I had about 600 calories of apples (thats a lot of apples btw)

 

I know that some it is food weight; it's always part food weight, isn't it?

Some of it is probably from the low calorie intake too and the fact that I burned a lot that day, yeah I know.

But it's still 3lbs, right?

Whatever it is, the apple mono worked and I'm so happy bc I'm at my lowest weight in forever right now

 

So yeah, I just wanted to share my apple mono results. I think I'm doing this again soon, because it helped me a lot :)

Hi Gals!

First of all, I'm French so sorry for my English.

I began my apple mono journey yesterday. I already did it last year and I had wonderful result! I lost 10 kg in 18 days from 84 kg to 74 kg (knowing that I'm ok with 73 kg which was my goal). For information my height is 170cm.

So yesterday I decided to do it again for 3 weeks. Eating just 4 apples a day with 4 unsweetened green tea to be full. This time I've got much more weight to lose so I am working out.

Yesterday - 12th of Nov : 88.9 kg
Today - 13th of Nov : 87.2 kg

My 1st goal - 1st of Dec : 79 kg

Then I couldn't keep going with the apple mono because I will be all December in my parents' house. So I will do a standard diet to achieve the 73 kg

Hope to have some support here ^^

Oh so exciting!

I'm trying this on wednesday :)

Does it make a difference if I use green or red apples? 

It's my first mono, so I'm kinda new ;)

I've just discovered that I posted as a guest yesterday...don't know what happened...

Anyway, I'm the French girl who began an apple mono on Sunday.

Here are my result :
12th of Nov : 88.9 kg
Yesterday - 13th of Nov : 87.2 kg (-1.7 kg)
Today - 14th of Nov : 86.3 kg (-900g so -2.6 kg in 2 days)

Soooo happy! Hope to achieve my 79 goal soon!

@IamGhost you can use any variety of apples, you can tmix them, no problem ;)

Water (obviously)
Black coffee
Black tea
Green tea

1st Goal 10kgs end of Nov

What's your height? You just add coffee and black tea compared to me but I'm sure it won't change your results. And I'm also sure that you will achieve your goal of -10kg before especially if you didn't do any diet just before (I did actually if not I'm sure my results would be better but still happy).

Good morning!

I've done this before but for 4 days only thing is I havent had a bowel movement in 5days.
I know just to keep going because Apples are roughly 84% water this is the main reason it works! Also I have been dieting before but I don't think it would effect results?

Havent weighed myself yet as I will be going back to sleep so tired. Oh my height is 165cm

My period is due maybe next week I hate it but I don't have time for excuses will keep going! I'll be happy with losing a 1lb a day eventually the numbers all add up!

@chocolatestarfish i didn't know that apples are mostly water! Thx for sharing. And what do you plan to do after November? Keep going til achieve your goal or doing a regular diet?
I would love to keep going until 73kg but in December I will be in France to visit my family so just impossible to eat only apples :/

To be honest I don't know I just want to take this one day at a time all I see is 10kg in my head that I want to lose then I will think after what to do.
