It's midnight I will do some homework tomorrow and get back to you. I also dont want our hard work to go to waste either! Smart thinking

Tadount - try keep in mind that your body is metabolizin food much slower now so easing into broth and soups are definitely a good option. I read somewhere that the length of time you "fast" is the same length of time one should ease into healthy foods starting first with broths and soups and nutrient dense veges etc.

I will get back to you within 24hrs with better science not just common sense lol speak sn!
Night night

Today I had a small lunch not because I was hungry (actually I pushed myself to eat) but because I would like to see the effect in my scale. So will let you know if it was a bad idea or not.
I really need to know how to stabilize before going to France next week.

Yes im in Australia girl it's becoming very hot.

First of all I started my daily intake 3 apples
1 vege stock cube - makes 3 cups of vege broth which is great and I had 2 sugar free gums.

It's 10pm and I've lost 2.4lbs 1.1kgs I look forward to tomorrow results

Don't stress Tadount,
your doing absolutely brilliant. From experience just because you had a little something now "depends" if it was bread etc the scales will change by a little abit .. It's normal food weight. Not fat weight (remember this)

im posting a list of tips how to break a fast and what to do to maintain nicely that's practical. It's like what I assumed light broth low sodium soups. Veges and grilled meats not fried no bread or pastas excessively or your body swells up resulting in dramatic water weight some converting to fat if over your TDEE.

So here's what I found in next post

Lots of hugs to you stay focused

Okay, so on Friday I did an apple mono and I'm really proud that I got through the day without stopping; it was my first mono I actually stuck to.

So, Friday morning I was 184.1lbs and Saturday morning i weighed myself and I was 181.6

That's a loss of about 3lbs in one day. (3.1lbs to be exact xD)

I had about 600 calories of apples (thats a lot of apples btw)

I know that some it is food weight; it's always part food weight, isn't it?

Some of it is probably from the low calorie intake too and the fact that I burned a lot that day, yeah I know.

But it's still 3lbs, right?

Whatever it is, the apple mono worked and I'm so happy bc I'm at my lowest weight in forever right now

So yeah, I just wanted to share my apple mono results. I think I'm doing this again soon, because it helped me a lot :)

If you try it out, I wish you the best of luck :)

Bye

(Ps: I don't know whether to post this in the Diet Results Section or here, because I think it belongs to both)

Started today -

Other than green apples im also allowing these options

Water (obviously)
Black coffee
Black tea
Green tea

1st Goal 10kgs end of Nov

Will post tomorrow! Keep going

Hi again!

Hopefully you can get this translated into French. This was easy to read and understand it's basic common sense.

Tadount, you already have the willpower to sustain just believe and you will. Also when you get to France let your parents know your minding what you eat as your tired of your weight yo/yo going up and down. Let them know that your health and what you decide to eat now is important to you and that you don't want to over indulge on crazy holiday treats.. Im sure they will understand besides you said your 33! Im 31 so that's what is do just be straight forward! Xx

Here's the link any troubles let me know I can elaborate. It's a visual written step by step guide

I don't know if there are any rules.

It's mono, so just eat only apples and eat as much as you want.

I didn't care about how many calories it would be, it just ended up being 600.

I don't know about calorie-free drinks. I only drink water anyways, so.

But I know some people drink green tea in their mono and they still get "the same" results :)

Just try it :)
