Yes I do know you should be eating breakfast but I never eat breakfast even before I started this. So it's so easy to give up eating a meal that I never did before. So can I stick to not eating breakfast ? I

It's your personal preference lol there's no manual. 

For me personally, If I eat breakfast then I fuck up and proceed to inhale all the fkn foods like a vacuum cleaner.

Most people say it helps lose weight because you start your metabolism up. I dunno though.

It's totally up to you. It's not important either way. It's all about calorie intake at the end of the day. I've lost weight both by eating breakfast and by not eating breakfast.

@Heisenburg So. Relatable. Although I do eat breakky when I have school bc I eat nothing else during the day until when I come home On weekends I tend to skip it bc I can't avoid eating the ENTIRE KITCHEN and the HoUSe nEXT DoOr. this is what life is lol

People always claim it gets your metabolism started but if it had stopped you'd literally be dead. I never believed in the "gotta eat more to burn more".
It all just depends on how you feel. It's also based on "you might get hungrier during the day so you'll eat more overall."
Some people cant focus without breakfast but if you can I'd say it's fine.

I personally love breakfast because without it i wouldnt be able to function properly and would be a draggy tired mess and more likely to binge later in the day but everyone is different

It’s usually the only time of day that I can eat something without spriralling. I have a clean calorie slate. So I love to have a cookie or muffin. Then I won’t eat until dinner when I’ll nibble something.

Depends on what stage I'm in, there have been times that if I didn't eat it I would eat so much the rest of the day that I far exceeded my needed calories, so yes I feel t is for me

I usually CAN'T have breakfast (on non working days) as I'll be impossible to control with food. The later I eat the better, usually I have late snack and dinner.
On working days I have breakfast only if I have time to cook a small frittata or eggwhite flourless pancakes. The earlier I eat the more I eat during the day.

No, it's not important. It's annoying because people always say it's "the most important meal of the day", but it's not. At all. You won't gain weight by skipping it (you'll be eating less calories lol how could you?). I never eat til lunch and I lose, and feel fine :)

for me yeah, i get super shaky/cold and my nails turn blue if i don’t eat breakfast, plus my pulse drops to the lower 50s and i start getting heart palpitations if i still havent eaten by ~1-2pm. i am underweight though, and i high-restrict so my body isn’t used to skipping meals.

still dont eat breakfast/lunch on wednesdays bc class tho lmao

I never eat breakfast unless I feel faint in the morning like I sometimes do after my run, then I just have a 65 cal cereal bar. I find if I eat it it makes me hungrier so I eat more during the day. On a typical day I don’t eat until 2-3 o’clock and I try not to eat after 7, so I guess it’s like intermittent fasting but I do have a few coffees. I’ve always managed to lose doing this so I don’t think it’s important, just depends on what each individual prefers :)

I wake up at 6 am, I eat my breakfast/brunch about 11am, which is a 400-600calorie meal. Then If Im hungry around 5pm I will eat a protein bar (220) before 7pm. Usually I just bring the protein bar to work with me "just in case". So I don't eat the food at work.
