I really want to try this starting on sunday or monday. My problem is I run three days a week(mon/wed/fri or tues/thurs/sat) depends on my running buddies work schedule. So I want to eat on the days I run, this could be tricky to work out.......I also have no idea what kinds of food to buy. My food budget for the month is only $30.

Does this diet require exercise, If so If you go over the amount can we exercise it off? Also what do you do when your parents literally force food down you?

I have so many doubts about this diet as the same as the other members, but unfortunately nobody replies. What a pity.

I don't think this diet requires exercise because the calorie intake is quite low, so you'll not have lots of energy.

Anyway, I'm starting today. Message me if you are looking for a buddy to keep motivated :)

A perfect day for perfect pain.

Sounds perfect! Eager to try it! <3

"The tired and weary eyes,

that long to see the reflection of a different person,
while peering at the reflection in a pool.
The bony body,
tearing away at its own flesh.
Skipping meals,
and vomiting up what she has just consumed,
tired and lonely while the days pass by,
darker and darker as they become."

I'll just re-ask all the questions: what kind of tea? I'm vegan, is dairy free milk okay? How much tea? Can you exercise off extra calories?

I'm scared to try this diet as this is the first extreme one I've done yet.

Any tips or reviews?:)

I want to try this diet but there is no way I could do the tea days on the days that I stay at my dads house, reckon I could swap a few days around? Also, I can't stand green tea or coffee, can I drink 0-cal fruit tea?
And how much exercise do you do? Normal amount or just enough to burn off the calories consumed cause I normally burn off 1000-1500 a day but I don't want to pass out
Thank you

Im sooo trying this after my fast, i think this would be a good diet to start to introduce food again.

01. Perfection is reached, not when there is no longer anything to add, but when there is no longer anything to take away.

02. Time spent wasting is not wasted time.

03. Nothing tastes as good as thin feels.

04. A moment on the lips, forever on the hips.

05. Thinner is the winner.

06. You can never be too rich or too thin.

07. Hunger hurts but starving works.

08. The flat stomach is nice, but a concave one is perfect.

09. You will be tempted quite frequently. You will have to choose whether to enjoy yourself wholly for those 20 minutes or so

that you will be consuming excess calories, or whether you will despise yourself cordially for the next three days.

10. Eat to live, but don't live to eat.

:D

Any tea I guess! You can structure this diet to meet your needs so if you're lactose intolerant, have lacto free milk. Or swap for a fruit or green tea.

I think the goal isn't to eat any more cals than stated, but if you eat more I'm sure exercising will be okay, just be careful as its super low cal and I think you won't have enough energy to exercise.

I just started this today

This diet seems ideal for me seeing as I love tea

On the regular tea days I'm just gonna have green tea

And on the tea with Milk days I'll probably just put a bit of cream in some black tea..

I'm not gonna exercise

Good Luck to everyone else who is participating
