You cant, unless you eat salad and veggies. Maybe you should pick another of the diets in the site with more cals.

starting tomorrow, I think for the girls with the parents watching you should always consider eating a chicken tigh beef with no skin, medium size ,that with a salad of lettuce with tomato and no olive oil is less than a 100 calories, looks like you are eating pretty well (you are actually) and you wont be worrying about calories. Good luck!

Skip dinner, wake up thinner!

Which is better? The abc diet or the 2468 diet?

I'm doing the 2468 diet. I just started yesterday. I think it easier then the ABC diet. I'm gonna do this diet for 8 weeks. However, on my 5th week I'm gonna do the 0246 diet.

Im working out on the diet. I will be working out 2 to 3 times a day. I'm going to jogged/brisk walk on the treadmill. I'm also going to attempt to do Insanity . lol, maybe Insanity will be my punishment when I mess up on my diet. Mmmm, I think that is a good idea. I love Insanity BUT when Ana kicked in I just have not been feeling like working out with Insanity.

I'm in anorexia recovery right now and have just put on a ton of weight because of non-stop bingeing!  :(  And I'm not talking little binges either -- I'm talking about HUGE, massive, no-one-should-be-eating-that-much-at-once binges. Today I stuffed myself so much with nuts and chocolate and ice cream and all calorie-dense food that I physically almost couldn't walk, and it added up to over 9000 calories!!!

(The scary thing is that I'm not even exaggerating :(  -- I really am gaining like two pounds a day, even after the water retension is subtracted! With the water weight, it can look like a six-pound increase in one day!)

Do you think this diet would help me go back to my old weight? Or would it be to hard to follow since I'm so used to bingeing over the past few weeks? Please help!!!! :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :(

Should I give this a try? I started at 150lbs and now I've gone to 127lbs since february by consistently eating 300 calories a day and burning off 2000 in one hit twice a week. Could someone let me know if they think this is a good idea for me? Thanks xx

I think the diet is quite ok, so I'll try it after Skinny Girl Diet. I'm very interested in the result.

I'm doing abc right now and this seems like a good way to transition back to a normal intake… like start at 246 for a couple weeks, then 468, and then keep raising in that fashion until you start maintaining.
abc ranges from 0-500 and one 800 day and the first week averages out to 2300cal. 2 weeks of 246 make 2600cal a week. 2 weeks of 468 makes 4100 a week, etc. seems pretty good. has anyone done this or some variation to it?

I think it'll be fine to go straight from regular binges to a low cal diet. the day before I started abc I ate a dunkin donuts breakfast sandwich, brusters ice cream, a pound of fruity pebbles and a big burger from Buffalo Wild Wings and I haven't been truly hungry the past 2 days. obviously when you binge it's not necessarily out of hunger so your body isn't TOO shocked by the sudden drop. if you're still nervous, use a bmr or tdee calculator online to figure out what your intake "should" be, start a couple hundred over, and then drop by 100 every day or two just so you can get used to eating less. but I wouldn't worry about jumping right in.

I might try this, starting tomorrow but backwards 8-6-4-2 or 8-2-6-4
I think mixing it up might work best but apparently I don't know what works best as I'm a big fat cow!!!!!!
