Could i do the 2468 and then just add a day for fasting after the 8?Would the results be better or worse?

I myself am a definite calorie restricter. I don't like to consume more than 300 calories a day. I like this diet, but I'm a little apprehensive considering the most I would have to eat is 800. If this truly works, will someone tell me?

Hi girls!

I started my 2468 diet early this week, and at weigh in yesterday i lost 8.8lbs!! Thats about 4 kgs. It is fasting month here in my country and it actually made it easier for me to go through this diet without exercising at all. You just have to be very discipline and stick to the diet!

I'm really bad at diets I'm an over eater but this seems actually do able the ABC diet is so hard for me

Totally gonna do this! I've tried the ABC diet a few times, but it's never worked out for me. Especially the fasting days, since we eat dinner together in this house. Bah!

Guys, this diet honestly feels more like I can stick to it but I'm totally gonna cut out the 800 cal part! Way too many calories and I'm pretty sure ill gain tons of weight. The other thing is i might just go down from 600 calories and stay at 200 for a while. Do u think its a good idea?

only like 2lbs a week doesn't seem very much. has anyone been successful with this diet? can you lose more pounds?

I'm going to try this after my fasting, I'm excited to see how well it works!

Highest Weight (Pre-Pregnancy): 148lb

Current Weight: Pregnant 194lb :(

Goal Weight 1: 145lb

Goal Weight 2: 130lb

Goal Weight 3: 115lb

I will run in a sports bra and shorts one day and make love with the lights on because I will love my body. ;)

HW:198lbs :o 

Start Weight: 196

I want to start this diet. I really need to lose 25 pounds. :)
but I binge a LOT and I think I'll gain the weight I lost back.

BUT GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE ELSE.

does anybody have any tricks for binging or keeping it off?
