When I really want to binge on a particular food/s, I'll just go on a grocery store website and spend like 30 minutes just looking at all of the food, then I'll make a peppermint tea and go to sleep or try to distract myself.
What do you guys do when you have intense cravings?

This may not be the best, but I try to distract myself with YouTube and I'll take diet pills to make myself not want food.

Though, I have terrible willpower, so I usually fail. I have stopped myself from gaining, though.

Drink coffee and look at thinspiration pics. I have my fave pics on my phone so I can look at them when the cravings strike.

I watch mukbangs because it seems to activate whatever part of my brain that wants the binge food and I feel like i'm eating it without actually doing so.

Chew Mint gum. Science says mint can suppress your appetite. Also you have something to chew on with flavor so its nice.

"But it was my integrity that was important. Is that so selfish? It sells for so little, but it's all we have left in this place. It is the very last inch of us... but within that inch we are free."

watch some videos on youtube, and
"If I want to binge in 1 hour, I can," then "If I want to binge in 1 hour, I can." Rinse and repeat as long as I can.
^^^^^^
helps a lot

Well, I told myself if I go 30 days binge free, I can eat a whole jar of nutella . So I just keep reminding myself about it.
