When I really want to binge on a particular food/s, I'll just go on a grocery store website and spend like 30 minutes just looking at all of the food, then I'll make a peppermint tea and go to sleep or try to distract myself.

What do you guys do when you have intense cravings?

This may not be the best, but I try to distract myself with YouTube and I'll take diet pills to make myself not want food.

Youtube, walk in circles, take a nap, draw, repeat to myself "skinny or food/junk/fat?"
Though, I have terrible willpower, so I usually fail. I have stopped myself from gaining, though.

Drink coffee and look at thinspiration pics. I have my fave pics on my phone so I can look at them when the cravings strike.  :D

I've started writing a blogg. I think it sucks, but you might hate it less than I do.

Take a bath
Go for a walk
Drink diet soda/tea
Eat something like an apple or a candy cane
Do puzzles
Look up foods at groceries
Look up menus of restaurants and record foods I’ll eat in case someone ends up wanting to go there in the future.

I watch mukbangs because it seems to activate whatever part of my brain that wants the binge food and I feel like i'm eating it without actually doing so.

Chew Mint gum. Science says mint can suppress your appetite. Also you have something to chew on with flavor so its nice.

If a realy crave one particular food and I know that I'll probably binge on it+ I write it down in my "challenge book, allowing myself to eat it in one month. Sometimes it works because by the time I go throught the month without it I stop craving it and I don't want to ruin the progress. If I really crave a particular meal every day I'll allow myself to eat it in a week. Small challenges, small success are good for self-esteem

"If I want to binge in 1 hour, I can," then "If I want to binge in 1 hour, I can." Rinse and repeat as long as I can.

"But it was my integrity that was important. Is that so selfish? It sells for so little, but it's all we have left in this place. It is the very last inch of us... but within that inch we are free."

Well, I told myself if I go 30 days binge free, I can eat a whole jar of nutella :). So I just keep reminding myself about it.
