Does anybody know the most effective fat burner and if it actually works? Please let me know thanks :)

Jillian Michaels talked about them and she said you could loose .5 extra pounds per week, but its mostly because the caffeine in them make your heart race which burns calories.

The best fat burner on the market depends on where you live. And most fat burners work through thermogenesis. It makes you hot and sweaty which one makes you lose some water weight and two has your body expend calories by trying to keep your internal temperature regulated. They usually also have caffeine and other stimulants to give you energy to work out and something to keep hunger at bay.

We will erase all life on earth but us.  So boo don't front like you've not heard of us.

Yeah it genuinely depends what country you are in - some decent ones are illegal in some countries :)

I think a cup of black coffee can be just as effective before exercising.
