lol I did the first 3 days but I am currently taking a cardio crossfit class at my school and i was feeling faint so I decided to do it once the semester ends (on the 10th) so that I dont fail the class by slacking. I dont want to be active while doing this since is very restrictive

I really want to do this. I posted on here a while back and forgot all about it. It's only difficult because I've got a SO that is not fond of me "starving" and I hate confrontation. 

 

Has anyone ever done it for 2 weeks? I might have an opportunity in a couple weeks to do this for 2 weeks so I'm curious to see how anyone else has done on it for 2 weeks. If not, maybe I'll try and give it a go on Monday morning for 5 days.

You could, though the point of the coconut oil is that it is a medium chain triglyceride so the body burns it as ketones for energy. The same wouldn't be said of olive, you could replace it with more days of tea though if you wanted.

I gotcha. I'd like to give this a shot someday, when I can get away with not eating; aka when the 'rents are away.

if u increase ur fiber drastically u will get constipated. u have to do it slowly and also increase ur water intake w the fiber or u will, without a doubt, get constipated and bloated.
