It's been 30 days since i've fasted, and i've lost 49 pounds (22 kg). Here are some before and after pics.

I don't want to show my face, but to prove that these photos are in fact me, here's a link to the shoes i'm wearing in both pictures.

 

In the before pictures i'm wearing Asics runners, and in the after pictures i'm wearing Tony Bianco black heels.

Hey Houseofthins :)

 

My highest weight was 81 kg (178 pounds). However, those before pictures were me at 76 kg (167 pounds). I am now 54 kg (119 pounds). I'm 168 cm (5'6).

Hey! No I don't have any loose skin. I think you get loose skin when you lose about 40kg plus! I did brisk walking everyday for about 2 hours :) Thank you :))

Wow, this is really fascinating to me. What kind of fast did you do? Would you be open to describing your process, struggles, inspirations, pains, etc? I've met people who have done raw food fasting, juicing, etc.. So just curious on all this. Also, do you have a maintenance plan?

Hey buiscuits! I did a clear liquid fast (green tea, water, lemonade, freshly squeezed oranges). I mostly stuck to green tea though. It was tough in the beginning but eventually got easier. However, i've had a lot of practice with fasting. I used to do intermittent fasting and would fast for three days at a time very frequently. My plan to maintain this weight is just to eat one meal a day. I know it sucks! but you get used to it. My sister is 48 kg (105 pounds) and has maintained this weight for YEARS just by eating a meal a day. So I guess that's what i've stuck to. Good luck!!
