I really always thinking of fasting for at least a week but i always fail ! I just fasted for 2 days and then couldn't do it anymore
but I just want to do it , will try fasting tomorrow 1 Dec for two weeks (14 days ) and see how it goes
did you take vitamins or supplements ?

After the first 3/4 days
I had serious hunger pangs on my tenth day, but I took a protein shake and it went away
Would you mind tell us which protein shake ? is it whey or plant based ?

What are your thoughts on maybe a non fat iced latte a day or every other day or should we just stick to black coffee
I think if it's small, and every other day, it should be fine. So long as you're not nibbling on ANYTHING. You will still lose weight at a very rapid pace.

No vitamins or supplements, however, I did have the occasional optifast, which contains a lot of vitamins.

I believe optifast is whey based. It's really filling, the "chocolate dessert" optifast drink is delicious! And i'm not sure what they have in there but it definitely makes you drop. On days that I drank optifast, I lost 900 grams (2 pounds), and 800 grams (1.76 pounds) respectively.

By the way is this dangerous? I wanna maintain the weight after fasting but I’m confused how to do that
I don't think fasting is dangerous if you're starting at an overweight/obese category bmi, which I was. If you're in the healthy weight range, then it might be dangerous.

How often do you need to take your meds per day? You could just have it with some vegetables at around 100 calories, and still probably lose 1 pound a day. You can do ittttt
I only take them once a day at night. Right now I’m doing an intermittent fast where I only eat between 5pm and 11pm and I usually only get up to 700ish calories but I haven’t counted. Eating all the calories in vegetables is a good idea but what would 300 cal of veggies look like?

I'm starting again with new fast tomorrow ..
I just a little worry because I always ppl say that you'll regain all the weight back after breaking the fast even tho i don't believe but it's just makes me worry
I don't want to regain my weight lost back so I hope I can do this and maintained also with healthy lifestyle
I may doing 10 day fast and after breaking the fast I will eat really low carb so I can stay at ketosis as possible .. i'm just thinking not sure tho
