Hi everybody!

Is it somebody that have try Shirataki Noodles?

 

Nutrition  (100 g:)

Energy     5 cal 

Protein     0 g 

Carbohydrates      0,4 g

Fiber        4g

Sodium     2 mg   

 

 

It sounds pretty good???

these are awesome! They're kind of expensive, depending on where you buy them, but I've made them with a soy/ginger sauce and mushrooms and they're filling and good texture and it tastes like you're having a high-cal big meal but you're not! A bag of them has 40 cals and a bag is fairly big. I'd be okay eating half the bag. Makes me want to go out and get some and start making them a dietary staple again.

YES love them! and you cane make what looks like a huge meal with them (add veggies, tofu, etc) but with SO few calories. mmmm

haha ugh yes, they smell HORRIFIC. it's pretty off-putting actually, but it goes away when they're cooked

I used to hate them until I actually knew what to do with them. Now I rinse it with hot water for a good amount of time, pat it dry, put it in the micrpwave for 2-3 minutes, and mix ot with parsley or cilantro to cut the foshy taste even further. tastes awesome then.

I love them! And yes as everyone else has said rinse them! They smell disgusting!  But they are low cal and so cheap! A lot of the time they are 2 for 4 dollars at the grocery store! Love, love, love!

i bought a pack to have with some walden farms pasta sauce and i'm so excited to try them ugh. all the recipes i can make that end up going from high cal to low cal just by replacing the noodles. reporting back once i've had them

ha..I made that mistake before. I spelled like fish for a few days...my mom asked me if i was on my period, I was so embarrassed!

These are cheap and good where I am. Just trying to work out the best recipes for them!

one of the best things i've made with them is pasta salad. if you make a creamy sauce with low calorie tofu,lemon juice, garlic, s&p and add some veggies like cucumber and fresh herbs it is soo delishious. and really filling b/c of the protein in the tofu!

I have tried them, but I prefer Shirataki rice.
