Yesterday and today haven't been good. I'm going to try fasting starting tomorrow, but I'm sure that'll just lead to more binges.

I binged again today after trying to fast. I was restricting fine for a couple weeks, then binged like 6 days straight.

I feel like a complete failure. I have gained so much weight. I hate myself.

I've been binging since Friday and I don't even have anything left to binge on. I have 2 papers to write and a presentation tomorrow and I need to work on it, it's already 10pm, but all I want to do is curl up in bed and watch Netflix.

 

I'll be on campus for 11 hours tomorrow, I'm thinking about not bringing any money so I won't be able to buy any food.... But I'm sure I'll regret it because I never fast and I'll probably end up feeling sick from hunger.

I was fasting and exactly 46 hours into it I went to my dads to visit him..when I noticed he made cake for his friends birthday..and then that's when I also looked in the freezer and seen ice cream..omg I ate the whole cake and ice cream I like went into a dream state..I was so mad at myself I ran out the.back door went to the store replaced the ice cream while feeling bloated.aand huge. Came back my dad asked.what happened to the cake..as I'm trying to hide my huge stomache..gahh. went home crying but luckily purged it all,I hope. :unsure:

Was doing good on my fast and such when my parents completely triggered me. I hadn't even thought of food, or even weighing myself and was content until I saw them eating ice-cream together and i don't know it kind of pissed me off to see them happy together like that? Doing something as simple as eating icecream and being fine with it? Needless to say.... I made myself

 

-4 miny pizzas using 100 cal english muffins, ground tomatos, mushrooms and cheese 

and then when i was sure no one would freaking hear me I made a sundae

 

vanilla icecream, melted Hershey's milk chocolate chips, chocolate syrup, maraschino cherry juice.... 

 

THEN i had edamame with aminos

 

I'M FREAKING LACTOSE INTOLERANT WTH WAS I THINKING I feel freaking disgusting, my stomach hurts and grossgrossgross i want to disappear and just freaking die i hate my parents for buying that vile stuff and bringing it here. I feel so impure and gross i hate myself i couldn't control it 

 

I didn't even know it was happening until it was over. I'm a disgusting waste of life and flesh.

I binged like the fat pig I am. I ate fucking banana bread with huge spoonfuls of ice cream on top, along with a milkshake. I feel absolutely disgusted.

I wish I saw this yesterday. I binged and tried so hard to not do it, but I lost and the binge won. It was a crappy day and bingeing always makes me feel better for a nano-second then like crap for eating off plan and setting me back further from reaching goal weight.  :(

I was doing so well today, I even ate a healthy amount of calories (towards the lower end and I felt guilty about it but that was the plan for the next few days and I was sticking to it) and i was content with that, I didn't want anything else. But you know what? I forgot today is Monday. Fucking family dinners. On top of the calories that already felt too high, I have to eat a fucking 500 calorie veggie enchilada. Normally I plan ahead so I can eat these things without freaking out but I'm stupid so I forgot and ate all my calories too early. No way I was going to lose anything on that, and I can't work it off because my family is here, and I panicked and completely lost my shit and ate so. Much. Food. I just had to have the fucking peanut butter didn't I. What is wrong with me. I've never purged by vomiting before but all I can think about is how much I want to run to the bathroom and get it all out of me, but once again my family is here so I can't. I took a laxative even though I've been trying to stop doing that too, I feel like I'm becoming so dependant on these damn things and they DON'T EVEN FUCKING DO ANYTHING TO MAKE YOU LOSE WEIGHT SO WHY DO I EVEN FUCKING BOTHER. I feel so full and I still have to eat the goddamn enchilada. This is how it's always gonna go, I'm just gonna keep gaining and losing the same 4 lbs over and over. I hate how I managed to take the nice thing my parents are doing for me, making me special vegetarian food, and turn it into some sort of fucking breakdown because I'm just that fucked up in the head. I'm so fat and stupid and awful and worthless.

It seems like I binge two days for every day I restrict... That isn't good. 

 

I really need to get out of this cycle... At this point, I'm not even sure if I have EDNOs, or plain BED (but on all the government health websites, BED is classified under EDNOs...?).

 

Please, someone slap me. And bring me back into reality. Where I'll continue to look like a mutant hippo, until I finally get a grip and start restricting successfully again.

I just binged, fffff... it felt horrible!Two big slices f pizza for dinner. And the worst is... I sabotage myself. My mom is always over me, constantly looking at me cause of my current weigh, and I feel disgusted with my effing body and with my mom who is secretly disappointed. I feel like shit i relapsed after two years of recovery and 160 lbs lost during recovery a couple months ago and I've gained 15 lbs since then and my body image is through the floor and of course I binged tonight

My restricting cycle is going to start soon and I hope I don't start purging, I always make my food spicy for metabolism and to keep from purging and then I take 3 tbsp of apple cider vinegar post binge and drink tons of water cause my binges are salty often

Since I've gone vegan it's been easier to not binge though
