My goal this week is to get out of the 160's. I posted my plan on my accountability forum and I will post my weight daily. Anyone going to be joining me?!

Good luck! Hopefully you don't find getting out of the 50's as hard as I am!

 

I got out of the 70's and 60's so easily, and then with the 50's I just seem to keep going up and down. But I've been working out a lot and dropping a lot of inches in the 50's so at least I'm still getting smaller! :)

I'm 5'6 and 161-163

I have the same goal (getting below 160 next week)

 

Won't be so hard since I just gained 20lbs in 4 weeks.

The first few pounds are always the easiest.

I'd like to get out of the 160's this week! Currently 164 so I guess I have a chance...

I'll join you! I lost like 25 lbs. but now I'm back up to my SW of around 160. My goal is to get to 130-125 by the beginning of december.

I weighed in at 160.7 on Friday, but Friday was my birthday so I had to eat normally & I had alcohol on Friday AND Saturday so I know I gained a little -_- but I just got my period so I won't be weighing for like a week. Hopefully whatever I gained plus some if off by then. 🙏

Day 1 bloody 164lbs still... Only lost 0.2lb overnight which has cheesed me right off as I was so strict. Hopefully day 2 will bring 163lbs!!

Day 1: 163.2lbs I know some of this is water weight as I drank a little last night and didn't have enough water. Lets do this everyone! I have a lot of running around to do today so it should be easy to stay on track.

Mini Update: Hopped on the scale (so far i've had iced coffee, gatorade, and water) and it's reading 162.2lbs. I knew some of that was water weight I was holding. Hopefully it'll read even lower tomorrow!
