CW: 162.4lbs

Total Loss: 0.8lbs

Honestly a little upset as I thought I was going to lose more but I wasn't able to get to the gym yesterday. I got my second Lupron shot and between that and hurting my back I was in way too much pain. Just ate some breakfast and now I'm going to take the dogs out on their walk. I'm aiming for 900 calories in today and a lot out! Good luck today everyone!

Day 2: 162 lbs. YAY!!!

Damn! May I ask what you're doing to lose that much in a day?! A fast?!

The day before I only lost 0.2lbs... All I'm doing is exercise 30 mins a day, eating around 600 calories a day but only "safe" stuff like salad and eggs or lean meat and only drinking water. Tomorrow you might have a bigger loss, I'm expecting a small loss or to stay the same tomorrow.

Hey if I even get 0.5lbs it's progress! That's the way I'm looking at it. I'm going to be a lot more active today so hopefully it will result in a bigger loss! :) Good luck today!

I have done absolutely bigger all exercise today to be fair... Not eaten much, but drank wayyyy too much zero energy drink. No calories in it tho.

Screwed up yesterday, ate too much and didn't exercise enough. CW: 162.8 Today I'm liquid fasting, making a couple soups from scratch and only having those when I feel hungry. If all goes well I'll continue tomorrow too. Hope everyone did better than I did!

im in also im starting the 2468 diet today too :) i weigh 165 but im sure in 2 weeks ill be in the 150's. lucky for me if i just put a bit of effort the weight seems to come off pretty quicky.

Good luck! Hopefully you don't find getting out of the 50's as hard as I am!
 
I got out of the 70's and 60's so easily, and then with the 50's I just seem to keep going up and down. But I've been working out a lot and dropping a lot of inches in the 50's so at least I'm still getting smaller! :)

Oh, my next goal is to get out of the 160s! I'm bloated from TOM right now so I can't give an accurate CW. I haven't been below 160 in over a year, and that was because there was no food in the house. I'm getting myself a new ear piercing for it!

CW: 160.2 (Come ON I want to be under 160 but it's taking a whole MONTH)

UGW: 145

BMI: 26

Body fat %: 26%

Goal %: 18% or a little less

Daily Calorie Goal: Net around 1000-1200

 

GW1: 169 (Tattoo)

GW2: 164

GW3: 159 (New Haircut and Ear Piercing)

GW4: 154 (Finally not Overweight anymore!)

UGW: 145 and I'm getting Braces finally

Omg, that happens to me every time i'm close to getting into the next number bracket. Like with getting into the 150's, i was 160.7 then got my TOM lol... It sucks. Maybe don't weigh while you're on your TOM and then weigh when it's over, the water weight will be gone and hopefully you'll be in the 150's or mighty close to it!  ^_^

I've been stuck in this 160s for a couple months because I plateaued hard core at 166 for no reason it seemed! And I kept getting close to breaking through and suddenly I'd get my period again! At the start of my diet, I was taking a vitamin and eating as few calories as I felt comfortable (which was like 1200) and I thought I'd lose weight really fast because I walk two miles to work and have to run around there. But the iron in the vitamin was slowing my, erm, digestion down and the low calories made it go even slower along with my metabolism just bottoming out. When I hit the plateau, I tried doing the same thing for a while with a couple pretty high calorie days, but eventually I just boosted my calories up to be between 1400-1700 and joined the gym.

 

The scale read 166 today, so the bloat is starting to go down. I'm drinking extra water still and trying to avoid salt just to be sure.
