Also, my arms and legs keep falling asleep easily.
Anyone else felt this before or have any comments?

I've always been scared of weak bones, especially having lost my period for so long. I also get really bad muscle weakness, and its frustrating just not being able to lift things

A multivitamin in general, if your not taking one, start.

Unless you've broken a bone too easily or have had a bone scan telling you that you have osteopoenia or osteoporosis, you might not have weak bones necessarily. If you've been long without your menstrual cycle or have been severely lacking in calcium in your diet for a while, then it's more likely you have weak bones. It sounds to me like a visit to a chiropractor, and strengthening and stretching your upper body muscles might help. I say this because the experience you're having sounds similar to some I've had in the past. Careful though, because the numb extremities could signal poor circulation and weakening of your heart.

I have osteoporosis and my doctor told me to drink 5 cartons of milk daily or something ridiculous. I can't overlook that much fat.
