I figure with over 200 0 point foods I could do 0 points for a week without starving. Figure it might help me learn to eat safe foods and hopefully kick me off this six month plateau.

That sounds good. Must be pretty doable. Loads of veg and I think quite a bit of fruit is 0 points?

I thought not eating enough points sends your body into starvation mode where it stores fat?

Thinking of doing this starting right after Easter. Gave up Dairy and soda for lent and will need Diet Coke and the. Option of Greek yogurt to get me through.
