Not to sure which vitamins to invest in,

I'm fasting AND exercising so I need something to keep me going without becoming sick.

I take appetite pills and ibuprofen for hunger headaches, but I need something to keep me from getting sore, and to prevent my nails/hair to become damaged. I may give biotin a try?

 

Just opened to any suggestions.

I suggest that you take some multi vitamins  but am unsure what else to take i only take the multi vitamins myself  if i remember to take them

It's the same thing for me ! So my morning routine is :

- 1 pill of L-tyrosine (make lose body fat, help digestion, regulate sleep and energy, etc)

- 3o minutes later, I eat my breakfast : one rice cake (80cal) if I'm hungry a little fruit.

- 1 pill of multivitamins, 1 pill of magnesium (for the stress), 1 pill of B-complex (hair, nails and energy) 

- once a week : 1 pill of calcium and I pill of vitamine C

- before going to bed : 1 pill of L-tyrosine and if I ate 1 pill of B-complex.

I'm definitely going to invest the multivitamins and b-complex, thanks so much!

I just don't want my nails to weaken or hair to begin shedding twice as much.
