This is a new diet that I am doing to lose weight over the next three weeks.

Called the green diet because the majoritry of what I'm going to eat is green like lettuce, cucumbers, cabbage, grapes, spinach, maybe green tea if I'm desparte (don't like the taste).

 

Going to post in here with progress, tips, food, and if anyone wants to try it they can. I will also mention if I'm feeling unwell while doing this...I don't want to endanger anyone else who wants to try this.

Height: 5'8.5

Age: 29

LW: 51kg / 112lbs

HW: 67kg / 148lbs

 

CW: 62kg / 136lbs

 

1st GW: 60kg / 132lbs

2nd GW: 58kg / 128lbs

3rd GW: 55kg / 121lbs

4th GW: 53kg / 116lbs

Final GW: 50kg / 110lbs

Green vegetable diet is excellent for the weight loss purposes.

I also used this green diet for my weight loss purpose and succeed to lose 35 pounds using these green vegetables diet plans.
