This thread is for anyone doing the Slimfast Diet! 

 

Personally, I drink two shakes a day and have a small meal. No snacks. So far I have lost 100 pounds doing this.

100 lbs is very impressive!! how long did it take you and what was your starting weight if you dont mind me asking? 


~Fat doesn't pay a rent to stay on my body, so I am getting a court order to get rid of it~

100 pounds is incredible, congratulations! How long did it take you to lose it and did you work out as well?

I’m doing the slimfast program of 1200 calories a day that includes two shakes, three 100 calorie snacks, and a 500 calorie dinner. Its a lot easier this way, and a lot healthier than starvation. I feel like this will keep me in my happy/healthy zone. I’m also doing Kayla itsines bbg program.

Hi, I just started the slimfast program today im doing 2 shakes 1 100 calorie snack and a 300 - 500 kal meal.

How expensive is it a day to so the full two shakes + meal + snacks? I'd love to do a structured diet but I'm poor

Stuck at the surface.

 

Not making progress.

 

Falling apart while I'm trying my hardest.

hi i bought 3 tins of the shake powder for £5.50 each. chocolate, strawberry and vanilla each has 12 servings. the snacks are like 50p from superdrug or boots if you are in the UK

Woah nice!! I had to stop doing slimfast because for me it wasnt filling and when I got my blood test results I was pre-diabetic. Pity because I liked the whole idea of it.

I’m not doing slim fast, but I using shakes. 1 or 2 a day and 1 meal in the evening.

Can I join in here cause it’s similar? Just different brand as I don’t like slim fast

I've always stayed away from Slimfast due to the high sugar content, but the new 'slimfast vitality' range looks pretty awesome to me. I'm very tempted!

I have been doing 3 slimfast shakes and a 1/2c bowl of all bran and it’s really beeen working when I stick to it lol

I'm doing this diet for about 1 week but binged 3 times this week but i lost 2-3 kgs and doing the Chloe Tings 2 weeks shred program. I think i can lose more weight if i can stop binging (at least its not that often anymore!). I hope, i can lose about 20 lbs in a month with this diet.

My daily intake (on a non binging day) is at follows:

 

breakfast: 1 slim shake

lunch: 1 cup soup

dinner: 1 slim shake

snack (only if i'm too hungry): 1-2  pieces of fruit like banana, apples, berries, 200 gr. watermelon etc. and 1 workout booster before my workouts

So my daily intake should be around 600-800 calories a day


My accountability: I want to be a beautiful and skinny angel

My ABC-Diet

 

CW: 59kg/130 lbs

HW: 68 kg/150 lbs

LW: 40 kg/88 lbs

 

GW1: 56 kg/123 lbs

GW2: 54 kg/119 lbs

GW3: 52 kg/114 lbs

GW4: 50 kg/110 lbs

GW5: 48 kg/105 lbs

UGW: 45 kg/99 lbs
