100 lbs is very impressive!! how long did it take you and what was your starting weight if you dont mind me asking?

hi i bought 3 tins of the shake powder for £5.50 each. chocolate, strawberry and vanilla each has 12 servings. the snacks are like 50p from superdrug or boots if you are in the UK

How expensive is it a day to so the full two shakes + meal + snacks? I'd love to do a structured diet but I'm poor

I've always stayed away from Slimfast due to the high sugar content, but the new 'slimfast vitality' range looks pretty awesome to me. I'm very tempted!

I'm doing this diet for about 1 week but binged 3 times this week but i lost 2-3 kgs and doing the Chloe Tings 2 weeks shred program. I think i can lose more weight if i can stop binging (at least its not that often anymore!). I hope, i can lose about 20 lbs in a month with this diet.
My daily intake (on a non binging day) is at follows:
breakfast: 1 slim shake
lunch: 1 cup soup
dinner: 1 slim shake
snack (only if i'm too hungry): 1-2 pieces of fruit like banana, apples, berries, 200 gr. watermelon etc. and 1 workout booster before my workouts
So my daily intake should be around 600-800 calories a day

HW: 75 kg/165 lbs
LW: 40 kg/88 lbs
GW1: 60 kg
GW2: 55 kg
GW3: 50 kg
