You mean drinking a lot of water or?
I sometimes drink coconut water cause I heard it helps to balance your electrolytes but idk if this is true?

Flushing is drinking a bunch of water & then purging that. Don't do that. It will eff up your potassium. Plus it doesn't really get anything extra up.
Coconut water is good for balancing electrolytes. I just don't like the taste haha.

Ipicac is nearly impossible to find in the us, I think it may be illegal now. True story I knew a girl who used to make i similar concoction from a very common plant you could pick. it wasn’t the South American ipicac, but a plant sometimes called “false ipicac” from North America. I always felt like it must be actually worse if possible.i feel like I have to note- DO NOT go pull up random plants to purge.

I don’t think it’s sold anywhere. I’ve looked for it. Which is really bad, because I’m a paramedic and should know better. But hey, I think we all know better, we’re just too afraid to stop.
