Flushing is drinking a bunch of water & then purging that. Don't do that. It will eff up your potassium. Plus it doesn't really get anything extra up.

I sometimes drink coconut water cause I heard it helps to balance your electrolytes but idk if this is true?
Coconut water is good for balancing electrolytes. I just don't like the taste haha.
