Um being that I dropped a pot of boiling water all over myself because it was too heavy, maybe five-ten pounds? I think I've destroyed all my muscle instead of fat.

With what muscle?
I squat and deadlift 90-100lbs.
My overhead press is maybe like 40lbs?
I have very strong abs. I can facepull around 35lbs.
I could probably literally carry my own weight if I needed to. I've carried a 100lb passed out person from a car to a house in the snow before. So maybe a little stronger than average.

Varies between 30kg to 75kg depending on the lift. My overhead press is 30kg. I don't consider myself that strong, there are women at the gym who lift twice what I lift,(I'm female) and I'm pretty puny, I weigh 118lb at 5ft 5.

I do mostly calisthenics so it's hard to put a solid number on it. 6'2" and weigh 200 lbs approx and can do:
6 unassisted pull ups
30 or so good form push ups (works out to about 64% of body weight, might be able to bench my bodyweight once or twice but not 100% sure on this)
Pistol squats with minimal assistance (one legged bodyweight squat, need to hold on to something for stabilization, working on getting to unassisted)
I do curls, overhead press, upright rows, etc. with 25lb dumbells but these are getting too light now, probably going to move up to 35's in the near future.
Coming down from 275lbs 9 months ago so I haven't been able to add very much muscle mass (though IF and proper macros have helped add a little mass while loosing fat, can't wait to be able to eat over maintenance when I get my body fat below 15%). I have noticed a big difference in strength gains now that I am only 300-400 cals/day below maintenance rather than 1000 cal/day below.

I’m not so sure how much my limit is, though because I focus on more reps rather than more weight.
With dumbbells it’s reps with lower weights of like 15 lbs.
I do tricep dips with my own body weight, so that’s also an achievement.

1 month update:
Down about 8-10 lbs
7x3 pull ups (not chin ups)
12x3 close grip pushups
Still working on unassisted 8x3 sets of pistol squats
Got the 35lb dumbells, using them for shoulder press, upright row and curls, using the 25lbs for shoulder fly's (should really get some 20lb weights for this as the 25's are a little too heavy to do it with good form but whatever I'm not spending $60 on an extra set of dumbells for 1 exercise).
