My highest bench was 85 lbs. before I started school again and exercise fell by the wayside. The highest I squatted was 85 lbs., but I also have a hip impingement that makes squatting heavy difficult due to pain, so that's the most weight I could squat before I started having problems again. I deadlifted up to 145 lbs., but, same problem, hip impingement. I'm hoping to really get right back into it over the break. if I'm going to drop this weight, I don't want to look like a skeleton afterward. I can at least pick up and carry 70 lbs. though, so I'm not completely hopeless.

How much weight can you lift?

Bench press - 285lbs is my best. I haven't done much in awhile, and I'm starting to get back into benching though.
Deadlift- never did my max, but last year I did 440 for 5 in the middle of my water fast.
Clean and jerk - 280lbs is my best
Snatch - 215lbs

With my legs, I can lift close to 200 on a leg curl machine. My arms, however, I can't lift more than 50. Haha

I can barely lift 51 pounds before I feel like my arms are falling off.

I haven't used a weight lifting machine in a while (at the gym I mostly just run the treadmil). The heaviest I remember lifting was maybe 20/25 lbs?

I have not been in a gym in eighteen months, when I was at the end of a bulk cycle at my highest weight - BMI 24 at 5' tall.
I am sure I am so much weaker since then, especially in my legs, but I used to:
Bench 90
Squat 225
I was the strongest girl I knew, even being much shorter. I have mostly ditched my obsession with muscle building. It was an emotional crutch that I realized was never going to protect me from what I was really afraid of.
But if past me could see what I have done with my body now...
