Bench 100 lbs but i mostly skip it cause of no contraction in chest.
Squat 165 lbs
Overhead press 60 lbs

Now it's nothing. Did some squats at 70kg a month or so ago and felt my back go again so just bodyweight exercises and cardio now :'(

I haven't tested my one rep max weights in a couple months, but these are my max final sets:
Bench Press: 225lbs x 6
Sumo Deadlift: 405lbs x 2
Squat: 315lbs x 6
5ft 9, 168lb

my bench was 350lbs
squat was 450
deadlift was 600
but than i got sick asf and found out i had like 4 diseases and now i'm down so much weight , this year has been HORRIBLE, got screwed with kidney disease and so much more, have to limit protein/sodium and pretty much everything so my gym days are numbered.. not even supposed to be going anymore but i am.

Haven’t competed in a couple of years. But I can still use working sets of 135lbs for bench, 315 for squat, and 225+ for deadlifts.

im a powerlifter haha... but I also weight like, 175...
damn, Im so jealous. I just started lifting, but with restriction it has taken a lot longer to gain strength than I expected.

Squat- 95 (almost to 100!!)
Deadlift- I dont know my 1RM in this as I am very scared of deadlifts for some reason. When I do them, I do them for hypertrophy and do a lot of reps at petty low weights, so I normally do about 60lbs
Super jealous of all these weightlifters here haha
