ugw maintain above 100 below 115

I haven't been to the gym in ages, but when I was 15 I could bench 150, and I was embarrassed I couldn't hit 200...

in middle school I'd leg press 330, i weighed about 210 at the time?

idk, I mean, I'm fat don't get me wrong, but I guess I'm stronger than I realized

I'd like to bench 400 and deadlift 500 and curl 100 per arm at least

At my peak ~4 years ago, at 81kg:
Bench: 225 x 3

Squat: 315 x 6

Deadlift: 495 x 1

Now like 80% of that and dropping; gyms are closed. 


5'7" 26m 

 

HW:  89 kg  (June 24, 2020)

CW:  75 kg  (Dec 3, 2020)

GW:  ~68 idk I just want visible abs
