I know I should be eating fruits but its a trigger for me. Any sugar, whether it be natural or refined makes me have to fight a binge. So frustrating, cause I do love fruits and know they're good for me. I've tried putting cinnamon on them to lower the glycemic count and prevent the binge urge- didn't work. Any suggestions?

Never have fruit for breakfast

Have protein before eating fruit
