5'4" is 163 cm in korea we subtract that with 100 and then subtract again with 15

163-100-15=58kg

You are under ideal so just stay where you are or gain its up to you.

Exact same stats as you. I plan to start maintaining around 105lbs (BMI: 18.0) and gaining some muscle from the gym to look skinnier.

The one you feel good at.

I maintained for a few months at 48-49kg and I remember I felt pretty well (for some time). I was also getting only positive comments regarding my weight (now I'm 44-45kg and some people start to say I should stop losing, etc.). But of course the most important opinion is your own (+ maybe your doctor, definitely not other disordered people :D )

The healthy ideal weight range is 115-130 pounds(52-59kg), but I felt the best at my low weight of 98 pounds(44.5kg), which I maintained for a while until I lost control and had to start from square one again. My goal now is to get to 90 pounds, and maintain between 90-95, so I guess whatever looks/feels best for you

I'm 5ft4 currently 100 pounds. I recently gained 7 pounds. I used to be 93 pounds and my GW has always been 89 pounds.

Edit* I didn't address your question lol! I think the ideal weight is supposed to be around 110 for our height but that would look ridiculous on me. I'm already chubby at 100 pounds.

I agree with a lot of the other commenters, whatever you feel comfortable at. Every body is different as well, and it gets way too complicated when you add in body fat percentage. For example, my old main thinspo pic was 110, I got to 108 and I still looked like their highest weight. Personally, I'm shooting for 95lbs, but it'd be best for you to observe yourself and see where you sit most comfortably. Don't worry about evangelicals looking at your stats and thinking your weight is too high, everyone's different.

I'm at the same stats as you both too. In reality, I think our current weight is ideal for our height. But to an eating disordered mind, it's too much. At my LW of 92, I looked really sick (I know that now, but didn't at the time). Even at 100-105 I didn't really look well.

I’m also 5’4 and I don’t weigh myself but im pretty sure I’m somewhere around 100lbs maybe a bit more. I think that because of the way I’m shaped and how I look that I need to lose a lot more like I wanna get at least down to 90 hopefully down to the 80s eventually, but that’s unhealthy I wouldn’t wish that on anybody else. If I looked different but had my same stats I’d probably want to gain a little and be normal. It’s whatever you feel good at!!! There’s no such thing as an ideal weight, at least not universally tbh. You probably look beautiful right now.
